"I told you I'll get to it!" Jack said for the millionth time. I only asked him to put away the dishes away but he was too busy on his phone. We've been dating for 5 years and living together for 2 years. At it was amazing at first but we've recently been getting into so many fights over the stupidest things. The other day we literally fought over who got to pick where we went for dinner. Spoiler alert we didn't eat that night. All the boys had even noticed this and told me several times. They realized that Jack was changing but no one dared bring it up to him that's until tonight. "Whatever" I mumbled angrily going into our shared bedroom. I locked the door quickly calling my best friend and Jacks bandmate Corbyn. He understood what I was going through and he made it a priority to always make me feel better. "Hey what's up y/n/n" "It's Jack he's just getting on my last nerve. I- I think I need to break up with him" I said as I let out a loud sob I had been holding in. "Get ready. I'll be over in 10." Was all he said before the line went dead. I packed a duffle bag and slowly made my way to the living room to see Jack still glued to his phone still. "Jack" I said quietly with no response I said it louder dropping my duffle bag on the ground. "Jack!" "What, what do you want y/n?" he said finally looking up to see my tear stained eyes. "Babe have you been crying" His voice softening. He turned his phone off and putting it aside all his attention now towards me. He stood up beginning to make his way towards me. "Jack we need to break up" I said quickly causing him to stop dead in his tracks. "What?" He asked his voice cracking. "What do you mean break up. Babe what are you talking about?" "I'm - I'm sorry. Your just not the Jack Avery I fell in love with." I croaked out a few tears slipping out of my eyes. I could hear Jack sob quietly. Suddenly the door opened there was Corbyn with the spare key we had given him in the palm of his hand. "You ready?" He asked me. "Ready for what babe we have to talk about this" He said starting to walk towards me. All I did was grab my bag and head towards the door knowing I was gonna break down any second. "Y/n please wait. Corbyn let me go!" Jack yelled I looked behind me one last time to see Corbyn holding Jack back. "Jack stop!" "No! Thats my girlfriend! I need to talk to her! I love her!" Jack yelled crying. I made it to the car and broke down on the curb. I sat there for about 10 minutes before Corbyn came downstairs from the apartment building the first thing he did was engulf me in a hug.
Corbyns POV
As soon as I opened the door I knew Jack wasn't gonna let her go that easily he loved her way too much. "Jack Stop" I yelled at him holding him back from running after her. "No! That's my girlfriend! I need to talk to her! I love her!!" I held him back until she was out of sight. I pushed him back onto the couch as he began to sob louder than before. "Bro just give her time." "TIME. SHE JUST BROKE UP WITH ME OUT OF NOWHERE FOR NO REASON. WHY ARE YOU EVEN HERE?" "She called me. I though this was gonna be like those other times where she just called me. Then I'd make her feel better and she'd be fine but I guess not" "Other times? There were more times? More times she considered breaking up with me. What did she say?" "Jack calm do-" "Don't tell me to calm down Corbyn what did she say why did she do this?!" "You've changed that's why. You stopped opening up to her, you never help her with anything these days, you barely even glance at her especially when we all hang out, and your constantly picking fights over the stupidest things. You clearly don't love by her the way you treat her. And it's not just me who's noticed this the boys have too it was only a matter of time." "She thinks I don't love her?" He barely croaked out. "Corbyn please I need to talk to her now. I love her way too much to let her go. Please let me see her. I want her. I need her" he said trying to convince me. He tried for the door once more making me push him back again. "Jack she just needs time to come to her senses. Let her be for a couple days she's really hurt and broken" "And what you think you can just fix her up without me?" He said looking at me with a pissed off faced. "Dude" I looked at him with sympathy. "Just... Please take care of her. Tell her I love her and I'm sorry for being the worst boyfriend" He said his voice shaky. I pulled him in for a hug before making my way out the door and to the car where she was standing outside of. Her eyes were bloodshot red like Jacks and her hair was scattered on her face yet she still looked like an angel as Jack used to describe her as all the time. "It's okay" I whispered pulling her in for a hug. "I love him" "I know"
Y/N POV
It had been a couple of days since I had moved in with Christina. Corbyn thought it would be best that I stayed with her in case Jack came looking for me. Which I was totally okay with. "Tonight were binge watching high school musical" Christina said trying to cheer me up. "Can't I just mope around till it's time for bed." "No y/n you've been moping for the past week it's not good for you" she said pulling me in for a hug. "I know that it won't help but I though you should know. Corbyns been telling me Jacks 10 times worse. He barely eats, he doesn't want to go to the studio anymore, he's been inactive on social media since the breakup, and he's always moping around, he's just a mess." "Your right. That doesn't help. I miss him" "I know sweetie but you definitely deserve to not be pushed away like that. And when he comes to his senses and your still all for it I'm sure it'll work out." "Thanks Christina I think I'm gonna go to bed I'm really tired" "But high school musical" she whined. "Tomorrow I promise we'll binge watch netflix all day I promise" I said holding my pinky out to her. "Deal" she said hooking her pinky onto mine. I slowly made my way up to the spare bedroom where I was staying and fell onto the bed my eyes instantly shutting into a deep sleep.
I woke up to Christina whispering my name and shaking me. "What the fuck Christina its 4:30 in the morning " "I know he just couldn't wait" "What? Who?" I tried asking as she pulled me out of bed and downstairs to her living room. My eyes widened as I came to my senses candles were lit around the room, rose petals were scattered in the shape of a heart, the lighting was dim but I could still see his beautiful face features. His freckles, his eyes, the way his lips lightly parted, and the glare on his glasses caught my attention the most. These were all features of him I loved. The boys behind him all looked tired but he, he looked exhausted like he hadn't slept for days. "Jack? What are y-" "Please just listen. I was an idiot, a jerk, a fool. I didn't mean to push you away or treat you like that bab-. y/n. I've just been so stressed. Some fans post things an account said they don't think I give them enough attention and I had to try harder. And everything was just too much for me, it gave me bad anxiety and it cause me to act terrible to you and the boys at times. I just. I wanna apologize and let you know I love you. I'm so in love with you y/n" he finished as a tear escaped my eyes. He then looked back at Daniel nodding his head. Daniel was quick to pull out a guitar from behind the couch and began to strum.

As soon as they sang the last verse I ran into his arms not thinking twice. He nuzzled his head into my neck as tears escaped my eyes. I realized everyone had left the room and gone upstairs to give us privacy. "I'm so sorry baby" "Its okay Jack you should've told me how you were feeling" "Thats the thing I was gonna but I didn't wanna worry you" "Babe I'm always here for you" "I know. You always have been. So I always wanna be there for you" He said pulling away and getting down on a knee. "Jack you don't don't have to do this I forgive you" "But I want to. I've actually have been wanting to for the past three years" He said chuckling and making me giggle at him. "Y/n ever since I met you 7 years ago I knew we had a connection. We had so much in common and if someone would have told me I'd be proposing to you on this very night. I probably wouldn't have believed them cause we did kinda get off on the wrong foot. Up to this day I still apologize for spilling fruit punch on your beautiful yellow sundress. But that's besides the point. The point is never in a million years I would have thought I'd be with the girl of my dreams. I'd get to call her mine and love her the way no one ever could. And I promise that if you say yes to me tonight I'll give you anything you'll ever need, I'll show you everything you want to see, I'll support you the way you've supported me since the beginning of my career and our relationship and I will love you till the very end because your the best thing that has ever happened to me. I wanna be with you, have kids, and grow old together. So y/f/n will you do me the honors of marrying me? And become Mrs. Avery" He finished off out of breath as he opened the small black box in his hand to reveal a beautiful diamond ring. Tears ran down my face as I nodded my head up and down. He slipped the ring into my fingers before he engulfed me in a hug. I heard him begin to cry too. "I'll never hurt you again" he whispered into my hair. "Why don't we go to bed its already 5:00" (Bitch pun intended😂) He said pulling away. "I'd like that" I said as he pulled me into a passionate kiss before we made our way upstairs with huge tired smiles on our faces.

⚠️Me talk: So I had a dream 2 nights ago and basically I was at target with my best friend we'll call her Gemma (I'm seriously just gonna give the usual people in my dreams official names to use instead of their real ones for every dream that they come up in cause I have to think of new names each time so my best friends name will be Gemma..... Styles😂) So anyways it was me Gemma, her little sister (Hannah) and her boyfriend (Henry) So we all were playing on a shopping cart from target and decided maybe we should actually go into the target instead of playing in the parking lot. So we went inside and we were shopping for stuff for our new apartment that me Gemma and Henry had just moved into and we were gonna give Hannah her own room for when she stays over. So yeah we walk in and I'm walking with Hannah talking about a fluffy blanket she wants when I bump into someone. That conveniently is none other than Joe Keery and he's there with literally Dacre Montgomery, Natalia Dyer, and Charlie Heaton. Anyways I was so embarrassed and apologized and told him I was a huge fan and Gemma told him I was and I quote "Stupidly clumsy and a klutz thats when I heard someone yell my name. I turned around and it was my friend (Tess) and she comes up to us and goes. "Hey Karla when are we gonna smoke again it's been so long" to which I replied with "Uh I don't know" and she's like "I'll text u then" and walked away I turned back to everyone to see them shocked. And that's when Dacre was like. "You smoke? How old are you?" And I was like "16" and he's like. "Damn" And then Natalia's like. "We should hang out sometime you guys seem like cool people" and she pulled her phone out so I could type my number in which I did and then we walked away. Let's just say by the end of the Dream I ended up with Joe Keery and a job at Pizza Hut" (its ironic cause if you guys seen the commercial and you know what I'm talking about.⚠️
