STRENGTHS:
seamstress: ontari was training to become a seamstress before she was picked in the reaping. she still engages in this hobby from time to time.
acting: ontari was extensively trained by the capitol to act in a certain way. this goes so deep that even those closest to her may not be able to see her true self.
weaponry: ontari is skilled in various types of weaponry. her primary choice is a sword, but she is also known to use knives, throwing stars, spears, and is taught archery by katniss.
hand-to-hand combat: ontari has sparred with her brother in hand-to-hand. she has been known to beat him even without a weapon.
agility: in her performance for the gamemakers, she does a few flips.
endurance: again, in her performance, ontari does a non-stop training routine that shows off her knowledge of various weapons. she is able to keep moving throughout the entire thing.
physical strength: due to her training since her victory, ontari is very physically strong and muscular. she is able to carry mags for a fair distance while being chased by the acid fog.
craftsmanship: ontari was taught by mags and finnick to create various items such as fish hooks, fishing rods, bowls, and shelters from scratch.

WEAKNESSES:
lack of self-awareness: ontari often pushes herself too hard without realizing. this can become damaging to both her mental and physical health.
jealousy: when beetee and cassian are coming up with a plan to defeat the remaining tributes, ontari begins to wonder if her brother knows more than he is letting on. she becomes envious of his knowledge and feels betrayed.
self-sacrificing: ontari would give herself up in a heartbeat to protect her loved ones. the easiest way to get to her is to target her family.
hysteria: when ontari becomes panicked, she very quickly dissolves into hysterics. these fits are difficult for her to get out of and she may be trapped in them for hours.
