He walked towards you, lifting your chin with his finger. "I think there's a way we can make this work," he said, grinning.
"W-what? How?" You asked, frantically. If what he had to say next would actually work, then everything wouldn't be so awkward, right?
He still grinned widely as he spoke. "I spoke with my elders.. it's been a few hours right? "
You nodded, keeping quiet as he continued.
"Well, I found out by telling them the situation. They told me that I could learn to ignore the Wolf's inner feelings by mentally blocking it. After the whole explanation from them, they were willing to train me, so I trained for a few hours and now we should be good!"
Surely, you didn't know that such a thing was possible, but you didn't know too much about werewolves still, and you had much more to learn yet.
"Well, all I can say is that it sure makes me happy," you smiled widely. He took your hand in his, then sighed.
"What time is it?" He asked.
"It's ten thirty, why?"
He nodded, "Alright. We still have a bit of time, then."
You felt clueless to what he was talking about.
"Last night I told Jaehyun to go fishing tonight. I want to keep my promise and actually go with him, even if he doesn't have enough fishing rods," he replied.
You smiled at his words, "Oh, that's right. I totally forgot about that. Should we ask him if he still wants to go?"
"Sure. Do you want to ask him? I have a feeling he's still uneasy about.. earlier."
"Yeah, alright. I'll go ask him now, then. Stay here!" You said, still feeling excited about the fact that there was actually a way for Jin to stay around you.
"Ah.. I won't be going anywhere," he chuckled.
Quickly, you walked out the door, then walked towards Jaehyun's room. The door was closed shut, but you could see the light coming from underneath meaning that he was in there.
Before deciding to intrude, you knocked on the door, waiting for the "okay" to come in.
You heard his voice in the room, "Who is it?"
"It's just me, Y/N," you replied.
The door made a click, meaning that it was now unlocked. Why was it even locked before?
You turned the doorknob, then carefully opening the door to make sure Jaehyun wasn't standing in the way.
He looked at you with a saddened expression. Was he still not over you? Some moments he seemed just fine, and others not so much.
"What is it?" He asked.
"You still want to go fishing- right? So.. would you like to go fishing around twelve?"
He sighed, but eventually replied. "Sure. Are you and Eunji going to come with?"
"Yes, of course. But- I have a question.. will it be okay to bring Jin along, too? He said he didn't care if you didn't have enough rods and that he wants to just be with the rest of us."
In a split second, Jaehyun's bored and saddened expression hardened and a wave of jealousy came over him.
He rolled his eyes, "Seriously? Can we not do anything without him? Do you ALWAYS have to bring him along? Are you sure that he just wants to be with the rest of us and not just be drooling all over you?"
