"Oh those bracelets are nice" they see only the outside.
But underneath there is a world
Filled with endless troubles
All covered with lies
Underneath is a world of hurt
A world only seen in the dark of night
All other times it's covered
Either with a bracelets or jeans
Underneath is a girl
Who's life has tumbled down
Who no longer trusts
Who no longer loves
People don't realize the obvious
If you were to pay attention
You would see all the cruelties
Every single one
Then maybe you would understand what lies underneath
