"Why are you putting another hole in this belt?"

"I was, uh, enhancing it... for your comfort and ease of use"

"Are you saying I'm fat?"

"No, I'm saying that the belt... is one hole shy of perfection"

"Ridiculous" Arthur snatched the belt from Merlin and struggles to put the belt on, even after he's tucked his stomach in.

"Don't be too hard on yourself. A little extra padding goes with the job, with all the feasts and banquets and ceremonies" Merlin smirks.

"Alright, Merlin, do what you have to do. Not a word of this to anyone, understand?"

"Trust me. If there's one thing I'm good at, it's keeping secrets" Merlin assured as he made a hole in the belt.

Dia snorted in laughter at the scene. She just loves Merlin and Arthur's relationship. She loves the way Colin delivered his lines with mischievousness and almost with a rhythmic tune. No matter how many times she's re-watched Merlin, she still laughs as tho it's the first time she's watching it.

"Ah, my favorite, herb-crusted capon"

"Easy now. We don't want any more holes in that belt" Percival snorted into his drink and Dia snorted into her hand.

She pulled her headphones out when she heard a voice through the intercom announcing the next flight out. She sighed when the announcing flight wasn't hers and went to put the headphones back in her ears when she felt a tap on her knee.

Dia looked down at her knee and then to a small girl standing in front of her. She slightly tilted her head to the side, silently asking the girl what she's doing or what she wants. The little girl pointed at something on the ground but before Dia could look at what the girl is point at, the little girls mother appeared.

"I'm sorry, it's just Emily really likes your dog and she wanted to pet him. I'm sorry" the woman apologized. She then crouched down and faced her daughter and signed to her. The little girl signed back and pointed at Dia's dog who is laying on the ground.

Dia saw the exchange and looked down at her dog. All the little girl wants to do is pet her dog. Many people want to pet her dog. The little girl looked up at Dia with pleading eyes and a pout on her lips.

"I'm sorry" Emily's mother began to apologize but Dia stopped her as she signed "it's alright. No need to apologize"

The woman was truly amazed by the fact that she knows sign language. Not many people out there know sign language, which is a shame because it's really beautiful and sometimes fun. Dia turned to the little girl and signed "would you like to pet my dog?"

Emily nodded "yes"

Dia let out a short whistle and the Australian Shepherd lying on the floor, stood up and waggled his tail. Emily's face lit up and went to pet the dog as he pressed his nose on her tummy.
