Chapt.7

When i got to my dorm I slammed the door shut and mumbled a bunch of incoherent words, as I wiped my eyes I noticed Faith on her bed reading a book she then said"So what's bothering you?" I just gave her a weird look and said "What?" She rolled her eyes and picked her head up from her book"I know that somethings wrong" I glared at her and sat on my bed as I asked"Why do you care anyway?" She just shrugged and said"One reason could be because I'd like to actually have one friend for once" She was now looking back down at her book and continued with"But that's clearly not gonna happen" I raised a brow in confusion and pretended to care by asking in a gentle tone"Why would you need a friend? I thought you had plenty?" She rolled her eyes and slammed her book shut while saying"Well you thought wrong" she then put her book on her nightstand as I said"Well, I don't really have many friends, but I'd l-" I stopped myself and cringed at the word I was about to say, so I took a deep breath and tried again"I would l-l....lo.... lu...like! To be friends with you"  yep I could never say that word, it's like if I said it I'd probably throw up. She smiled a bit and asked"Really?" I nodded while giving her a fake smile"yep!" She then ran over to me and hugged me, which took me by surprise and I hesitantly hugged her back with a disturbed look on my face. She then pulled away and walked out of the room while saying"I have to get to class, I'll see you later friend!" With that she was gone. As soon as she left I let out a long exasperated sigh and flopped back on my bed.

After awhile I went to Mal and Evie's room and noticed Jane complaining about her mother. I just rolled my eyes and said"Hey Mal, Hey Evie" Mal responded with a wave as Evie said"Oh, hey, Y/n" laid back on Evie's bed as Jane continued"Mom said, if a boy can't see the beauty within then he's not worth it. Can you believe it? What world does she live in?" I scoffed and me and Mal both said"Auradon" Evie then said"Mal, (Y/n), do you guys like?" I picked up my head to see and nodded while Mal said"Yeah, it's cute, brings out your eyes" Evie smiles and said"I know" and laughed a bit. Jane then continued"Ill never get a boyfriend" I then said"Not at this rate hun" as she sat on the end of the bed I was sitting on Mal then said"Boyfriends, are overrated" Evie then smirked and stopped sowing as she said"And how would you know Mal? You've never had one" I chuckled and said"She's got you there, Mal" Mal glared in my direction and then looked back to Evie and said"It's 'cause I don't need one, E" She then continued with"There a waist of time" Evie then Gasped as she quickly got up and said"I forgot to do chads homework!" She then grabbed chads bag and ran over to the table with it I laughed as Mal said"And that is exactly what I mean" we then all heard a knock at the door as a girl walked in and said "Hey Guys! I'm Lonnie" I sat up and raised a brow in confusion as Evie and Mal looked at her confused. She then continued with"My moms Mulan?" Still no one was answering"No? Anyways, I love what you've done with Janes hair, and I know you hate us, and, well, your evil. But, do you think you could do mine?" Mal then look at her for a second and asked"Why would I do that for you?" Lonnie then held up a bag of money and said"I'll pay you 50 dollars" Evie immediately got up snatched the money out of her hands and said"Good answer" I laughed a bit as she continued"I need to buy more material, Let's see, I'm thinking, we lose the bangs, Maybe some layers and some highlights" Lonnie then said"Yeah, Yeah, I want it cool, like Mal's" Evie raised her brows and said"Really? The split ends too?" Mal put down her pencil as Evie shook the bag of money. Mal groaned and slid off the bed as she grabbed her spell book and walked over to Lonnie, I sat there watching the scene unfold. "Okay..." Mal then got back on the bed and looked through the spell book"Beware for swear, replace the old, with cool hair" she then shut the book and swished her finger side to side then up and down making her head go in the direction her finger went. When Lonnie picked up her head her old hair was gone and she now had cool hair, she walked over to the mirror as we all followed her, Evie stood beside her and said"I know, I know, it looks like a mop on your head, you know what? Let's cut it off, layer it-" she then got cute off by Lonnie saying"No, no, no, no, no, no!" She then continued with"I love it!" Evie then questioned her by saying"You do?" Lonnie then said"It's just..." she then leaned down and ripped her skirt"now I'm cool" Mal smiled and said"Like ice" Jane then walked over to the mirror and ripped her dress. She then put her hands over her mouth in realization"what'd I just do? Moms gonna kill me!"

After awhile Jane and Lonnie left, leaving me, Mal and Evie in the room. Carlos then walked in with a dog and a laptop, he set the dog down and said"Hey Guys" Mal and Evie said "Hi" back as I laughed and said"Wow, Carlos look at you, carrying around a rabid pack animal?" He rolled his eyes and said"Ha,Ha Very funny" He then took a seat on the floor next to me as the dog came over and sat on my lap. I laughed a bit and said in a baby voice"And who might this cutie be?" As I pet his head, he barked and wagged his tail making me smile and giggle. I completely broke character for a second making everyone stare at me, Carlos then cleared his throat and said"His names Dude" as he turned on his laptop and put it on his lap. I then stopped smiling and giggling as I blushed in embarrassment and looked in the other direction as I quietly pet dude. I felt someone grab my hand and was about to say something when Jay walked through the door getting everyone's attention"Yo-ho-ho!" He then did a pose as Carlos wolf whistled "Hey!" Jay said as I continued to pet Dude with my free hand, I don't know why but it was like I didn't want to move my hand. Jay then walked over to Mal and asked"Did your plan work with Jane? Are you going over to see the wand?" She then said angrily"Do you think that I would be going through every single spell in this book if I hadn't completely struck out?" Carlos then said"Oh, someone's in a bad mood" she then responded with"My mom is counting on me" she then flicked the back of his head as she continued with"I can't let her down!" Jay then said"We can do this..." grabbing everyone's attention as he paused and finished with"...If we stick together" Mal then said"And we won't go back, until we do, because were rotten..." we all then responded with"To the core" I then felt the grip on my hand tighten, I looked down at me and Carlos' interlocked hands and felt my heart race as heat rose to my face. I shook my head and pulled my hand away as Evie said"Oh, Yeah, I found out that fairy godmother blesses Ben with the wand at coronation and we all get to go. I have nothing to wear, of course" we then heard a knock on the door as Mal got up while closing her spell book and said"Hold that thought" she then opened the door to reveal Ben"Hey, Mal, I didn't see you guys today, I was just wondering if you had any questions or anything...That....you need..." she then shook her head while looking back at us and said"Not that I know of" he then responded with"Okay. Alright. Well, uh, if you need anything, just, uh..." Ben was about to leave when Mal said"Oh, wait!" He then walked back over to her as she asked"Um, is it true that we all get to go to your coronation?" He then smiled and said"Ya, the whole school goes" Mal then said"Wow, that is beyond exciting, do you think that it's a possibility that the five of us could stand in the front row next to the fairy godmother, just so we could, soak up all that goodness?" Ben responded with"I wish you could" as he put his hands together"Up front it's just me, my folks, and my girlfriend" Mal nodded her head and said"And your girlfriend?" Ben then nodded and said"Yeah, I'm sorry" Mal just smiled and said"Okay, thanks bye" as she shut the door on his face and cut him off. She then turned to us and smiled"I think it's time that Bennyboo got himself a new girlfriend, and I need a love spell" Carlos then reached back grabbed her spell book and tossed it to her. With that it was off to the kitchen to make the spell.
