And there it is.
Not very happy, but I think (hope) it provided a bit of progress in terms of character for Greg, and a little for Eve. And it progressed their relationship a little bit, and gave you an idea as to its nature.
I'm not a happy person. Certainly I'm a lot better off than I was in the past, but I still have difficulties. A result of this is that I am sometimes attracted to writing about miserable things. (Quite in stark contrast to my assessment that I don't like to make my characters suffer.) I guess it really depends on the character.
One of my favorite characters of all time is House. (Hey, he and Greg share the same first name.) I think, for some reason I haven't entirely nailed down, a lot of that has to do with his pain. Consequently, some characters tend to suffer more than others.
Such is life.
Anyway, Laid To Rest is up next, and then Necropolis 4 after that. Hope you enjoy.
