HALOS mamatay sa dalamhati si Stella sa pagkamatay ni Delio. Sa pamamagitan ng abogado ni Donya Agueda ay pinagkalooban ni Devin ng malaking halaga si Stella upang makapagsimulang muli. "I love you, too, Jason," she said softly and raised her hips to accept him fully. Napaungol si Jason and held her hips firmly and drove even deeper. She writhed and gasped as her body enclosed every inch of him, taking, wanting, and needing him.
Nakikita niya ang pawis sa noo nito, ang tensiyon sa mukha, the corded muscles sa leeg at mga balikat.
"Jason..."
"Don't talk, sweetheart," he said breathlessly. "Take me more." she did and arched her body against him. Pero hindi siya maaawat ni Jason sa gusto niyang malaman.
