TAL. 28.2 -- Problem Solved

I feel tired walking around anymore. Kanina pa kami nag-iikot sa downtown ng Korea at nag-shopping. "Can we take a rest for a while?" even my voice sound tired.

Napalingon sila sa akin dahil nauuna maglakad sina Papa at Chanel, while Daryl's beside me. I stopped walking and heave a long sigh.

"Cass is right. Why don't we eat lunch and resume shopping later?" alok ni Daryl.

"Thank God. I am already famished!" angal ko.

A restaurant that serves authentic Korean cuisines.

"Get me a glass of water please." sabi ko.

Tumawag naman kaagad ito ng waiter. "A glass of cold water for the lady." nginitian nya ang waitress na agad namang sinunod nito ang hinihingi.

"Cassy, what do want to eat?" tanong ni Chanel.

"Anything." simpleng sagot ko. I am not familiar with the food of this country since this is only my second time going here. I didn't get a chance to explore Korea.

You'll love the barbecue here, Dad." she then called the attention of the waiter, nag-usap sila in Korean language which I don't really understand in any possible way.

"Masarap dito, guys. Hindi ako mapapahiya sa inyo for bringing you here. But its all worth it. Every penny you'll spend, feeling mo mababalik sayo ng doble because you get to taste the best barbecue in town." nangingiti nyang pagku-kwento. "Saan nyo--" she stopped talking all of a sudden, her eyes wide and staring at the entrance.

Nagtataka naman kaming napalingon sa tinitingnan nya to see what caused her to stop from talking. I saw a man walking hand in hand with a pretty girl.

"Chanel?" untag ni Papa dito. She blinked twice and smiled, ngiting balisa.

"A-ah," lumunok sya at muling nginitian kami.

I can sense she knows the lovers who just get in.

It only mean two things. Its either she's feeling worried or nervous. Whichever, I know may kinalaman ang dalawang taong 'yon.

Chanel swallow hard. A lot of emotions cross through her face. She looks down and heave another sigh. Minutes passed and they served us the foods. Nag-uusap kami abput random things habang kumakain, while Chanel remains quiet. We just let her be until we finished eating.

Tinawag na ni Chanel ang waiter for our bill, inabot nya ang card ni Dad dahil sya daw ang magbabayad ng kinain namin ngayon. As soon as our food was paid, tumayo na kami upang lumabas.
