So basicly WATER IS NOT FUCKING WET beacause water in itself can not be wet when something touches water then, yes that object is wet but the water is not.
Just like how fire it's self is not burned but if you touch fire ( do not plz) you will get a burn the fire ITS SELF IS NOT BURNED.
