·2 stock cubes
·2 potatoes
·4 celery sticks
· fry light


·chop the ingredients any way you want so longs as they are small pieces.

·place the veg in a big pan and cook until soft.

·then and the stock cubes, fry light and seasonings.

· Once the stock cubes have dissolved, puree tue veg and if you want add a small amount of water.


Ok sorry if this one doesn't taste right. It not really some thing I've made, I saw my teacher making it and she told me what to put. Unfortunately I lost the sheet I wrote it on and I'm going from memory.
