The house Ethan and I looked around the following day was perfect, no it was beyond perfect. It was 2 million dollars, but it included a brand new modern built furnished house which hasn't been lived in yet, a gym, a 15 acre green garden and paddocks, stables and a private white sand beach.
The swimming pool was my favourite, it was on slightly higher ground, with an inifinity style pool, making the pool and sea look merged together. There was a bar for parties by the pool with a lovely wooden panelled walk way to the small, private beach. The stables were large and bright and the gardens were beautiful. There was a long immaculate driveway leading up to the modern house. The house was two floors with 4 bedrooms, unlike my dad's with about 20 or so bedrooms. Like Ethan's house, the whole front was made of glass facing the sea, but everything was just so perfect. And it was only a 5 minute walk to Ethan's house!
"It's perfect!" I grinned.
"So would you like to buy it?" The landlord smiled.
"2 million dollars right?" I asked.
"Yes," he replied.
"I'll take it." I grinned. "How long before I can move in?"
"Well this property hasn't been lived in yet so there is no resident moving out, therefore as soon as payment is sorted, you can move in straightaway." He replied.
"Well can I write you a check now? I kind of don't have anywhere else to live." I said.
"Of course, let's take a seat so you can fill out everything." He replied.
About 30 minutes later, everything was sorted, I now owned a beautiful home.
"Do you want a ride to your father's house to pick up your stuff?" Ethan asked, patting Mojo's head.
"Would you mind?" I smiled.
"Of course not, anything for you, you're like family to me." He chuckled. "How much stuff will you have?"
"Quite a lot." I sighed.
"I'll call my mate, he has a van we can put everything into." Ethan grinned.
Once we arrived back at my father's house, Antoine met me at the door.
"I'm so sorry to hear you're moving out." Antoine sighed.
"Don't worry, I've just brought a lovely home, you'll have to come and visit it soon." I smiled.
"I would love that." He smiled, "Let me help you with your stuff."
I packed up all my bedsheets, pillows, wardrobe of clothes and any other possession I owned, until all that was left was my bed frame and an empty wardrobe. I took my mattress even though the new house had mattresses in all the rooms, but nothing beats your own bed.
"Thank god you're finally moving out." Hazel spat.
"You know what Hazel? I'm glad too. I never have to see your ugly desperate face again." I said rolling my eyes. "I got a leaving present for you." I said sarcastically, before handing her a key.
"What is this?" She frowned.
"The key to the gym. You may what to lose a few pounds." I smiled innocently, before barging past her with my last bag.
"You're leaving?" Gabriel asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"Can I have your room?" He asked.
