He didn't tell anyone about what happened, he just cried very hard last night. Taeyong had comforted him without knowing the reason. The other boys looked at him with pity. It was very rare to see him cry.

"It's okay Donghyuck-ah. Everything will be okay" Taeyong said, stroking his back. He knew it was all lies, but he decided to trust what Taeyong said. Yes, everything will be okay.

It was their 8th monthsary. Donghyuck had bought her a necklace with a small ribbon days before the musical performance. He looked at the necklace, debating on whether to give it or not. But oh well, he bought it for her.

He walked to the class with books wrapped around his arms. The necklace was in his pocket.

During classes, he was very sleepy due of crying last night. He popped in many sweets in his mouths and put the wrapper in his pocket.

The bell to recess rang and he grabbed the girl's hand. "Let's have break. I'll buy you your favorite bread" The girl smiled, agreeing. Before he walked out of the class, he went to the rubbish bin outside of his classroom and grabbed all of the sweets wrapper in his pocket before dumping it into the bin.

He walked with Aerin hand in hand to the cafe. Donghyuck bought her bread and a choco milk for himself, he had no appetite to eat. He watched her eat. He remembered that he had something to give her.

"Donghyuck-ah"

"Aerin"

Both of them said in the same time. They laugh. "Ladies first"

The girl smiled a bit. "H-Happy 8th monthsary! I'm sorry that I didn't have time to buy you anything." The girl said. Donghyuck knew it was all lies. He knew she had two days out with another boy, which she could have sneaked out some time to buy something for him. But he decided to smile it off, not wanting to be mad at his favorite girl.

"It's okay. I know you are busy. I've bought you something" The boy said, trying to take out the necklace from his pocket, but it was empty. His pocket was empty. He panicked. Aerin looked at him questioningly. "I-I think I left it in the class. You will have to wait here for a moment" He ran off to the bin where he had threw the sweet wrapper. He quickly open the dustbin's cover just to find it was empty, no rubbish. The cleaner must have took it.

He sigh, frustrated. He bought the necklace with his own hard-earned money. He decided to walk back to the cafe, not wanting Aerin to wait any longer. He entered the cafe and saw Aerin, with Chani. She was smiling because Chani helped her to wear a necklace. Wait, a necklace? Donghyuck looked at the necklace very carefully, It was his, the ribbon necklace.

He didn't feel good, he wanted to scream but he couldn't. He didn't want to make a scene.

He was very angry and upset.
