I jolt awake. My first day of high school. "Sweety you need to get ready for school are you exited?" My mom says, i simply nod my head and she sighs. "Breakfast is ready down stairs hurry before it gets cold." She says as she walks out.
Now let me tell you being the new girl is hard but, seeing your sister killed in fount of you is worse. My name is Paris Nightwing and I'm a "mute". Ever since my sister died i haven't talked nor do i want to im happy how i am.

I quickly get dressed and run down stairs eating very quickly and running out the door. I check the time, i have 20 minutes to get to school so i decide to take the long way. I soon enter the school and get my schedule. I find my class and everyone looks at me. "Hi you must be Paris we've been expecting you. Take a seat next to Issac." The teacher says. I quickly make my way to my seat and zone out of what the teacher is saying. The bell rings and i get my things and get ready to leave when a girl stops me. "Hi I'm Alyssa would you like to sit with me and my friends at lunch." I get a piece of paper out and write 'I would love to' " Why don't you talk?" Alyssa asks. 'I don't ever talk...'
Luckily she doesn't question me any further as we enter the lunch room. "Hey Issac is looking at you!" She whisper screams fear in her voice. 'Okay..?' I write. She tells me how he's bad news i turn around and we are basically having a staring contest i look away quickly and get up walking out of the cafeteria.
Issacs P.O.V
That girl is something I'm snapped out of my thoughts as the bell rings. I walk into the cafeteria seeing the girl again. "Have you seen the new girl" alex questions "yeah..." i breathe he just smirks at me i had no idea i was staring until she looks at me and stares back the walk out i follow her. "Hey.." i say, she simply looks down. 'Hi...' she writes on a paper and gives it to me. The bell rings snapping us out of our can you even say conversation and everyone leaves school.
