As I rounded the corner to my apartment I noticed a lot of commotion at the venue across the street. I'm not one who looks for crowds I always try to avoid them because of my anxiety, but I decided to see what was happening. As I got closer I seen more of the crowd and decided to just go home. I walked up the stairs and unlocked the door. As I walked through the door I could hear my puppy barking. I went up to her room and got her out of her cage. I slipped out of my red heels and put on my black flats. I put her leash on her collar and walked her down to the small yard for the dogs. She did her thing as I continued to watch the crowd grow. When Saffie was done we went back up to the apartment. I put more food in her dish and gave her some water. I put water in a kettle and put it on the stove. As I waited for it to boil I went upstairs and up to my room. I got out my black leggings and took off my skinny jeans. Then I took off my t shirt I just thtew on a sweatshirt and some ankle socks. I walked downstairs to the kitchen and made myself my special tea and I went and sat down in my chair by the window. I read my book and put the television on for Saffie. When I was done with my tea I put my cup in the sink and looked at the clock. 3:47. "Well since I dont work today lets go take a nap Saffie." I said as I turned and looked her way. I shut off the television and we made out way up the stairs and to my room. I closed the door shut off the light plugged my phone in the charger and got in bed with Saffie and soon after we fell asleep.
Almost 3 hours later I wake up to Saffie barking at my door and I hear knocking from downstairs. I look at the time 6:30. "What the bloody hell? Don't people usually like to be home at the Damn time?" I said under my breath on my way down the stairs as Saffie followed close behind. "Saffie I need you to go lay down" i said sternly as she obeyed. I opened the door and who I seen I thought I'd never see her again. "Well... Juliet Grace dont you look beautiful". She said smirking.
