Y/N's pov
I was sleeping really peacefully until I heard banging on my door. It was probably Ethan for all I know. I rise up and look at my phone. I had 20 missed calls,12 voicemails,and about 40 text messages all from Ethan. I hear him yelling at the door and I rush downstairs. I open the door to reveal a very scary looking Ethan. "Ethan I'm sorry I was sleeping and I just saw your text,calls,and voicemails!" I say nervously. Ethan pushes past me and runs into my room. I follow him just to find him going through my phone. "Ethan what are you doing?" I say at the frame of the door. "I bet you were talking to that John guy right?" He says still looking through my phone. "Ethan for the millionth time he's just a friend!" Ethan's nostrils flared and he looked at me,then threw my phone. "ETHAN WHAT THE FUCK!" I yell at him. He walks over to me. "He's not just a friend Y/n and I know that for a fact!" He says staring into my eyes. "I'm going out today,and just so you won't hang out with John behind my back,you're going with me." He says walking into the kitchen. I run into the kitchen. "Ethan I'm not going with you! That's ridiculous!" He just looks at me and turns away. "Throw on something nice. You're definitely going with me if you like it or not." He pushed me in my room. I sighed and went into the bathroom. "Today's going to be a long ass day for a fact." I say to myself. I get into the shower,straighten my hair,brush my teeth,and put on some shorts,a crop top,and some boots. I walk downstairs to see Ethan waiting for me. "Woah you look hot!" He says looking at me up and down. "Whatever. Let's just get this over with." I say rolling my eyes. He grabbed his car keys and we walked to the car. "So where are we going?" I asked. He shifted around a bit. "Well um I was going to go to Emma's house." I froze. "Why would you go to Emma's house? You two don't even talk!!" I say raising my voice. "Yeah I know. I just needed to talk to her about some things." He says stuttering. I looked out of the window and didn't talk to Ethan the whole way to Emma's house. We finally got there and I jumped out of the car and saw Emma with Grayson. "Emma!" I yelled. "Y/n! I missed you!" She yelled back. We hugged for a few minutes. Emma and I have been friends for a long ass time. She was like a sister I've never had before. Grayson walked over to me and he hugged me really tight. "Hi Grayson! I can tell that you missed me." I say laughing. "Of course I did!" He says giggling. I looked over at Ethan and his jaw was clenched. He always did that whenever I was around other guys. "Hey Grayson!" Ethan said wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me away from Grayson. Emma gave me a confused look but I just shrugged my shoulders. She laughed a little bit,then we all went inside. After a while I looked at Emma and I could tell she was bored. They boys were watching football and I was pretty bored too. "Hey guys. Me and Emma are going to the mall to meet up with Paris and Laura." I say grabbing Emma's hand. Grayson smiled and nodded. Ethan just glared at me and nodded. Grayson was always so sweet and I loved that about him. Ethan on the other hand was sweet,but he was overprotective at the same time. Emma and I drove to the mall and saw Paris and Laura jumping in the street. Emma and I couldn't help but laugh at them. We got out of the car and started attacking them with hugs. We walked around the mall and went into an ice cream place. We enjoyed our ice cream,and we were all having a good time until I saw Ethan. I don't know when he left Emma and Grayson's house. Which was pretty odd. He looked at me and ran over. "Hey babe!" He said kissing my lips. "Hi Ethan." I say bluntly. I looked over at Paris and her eyes were full of worry. It was the same thing with Laura and Emma's eyes. I gave them a reassuring smile and I told them I'll talk to them another time. I obviously knew I would be able to hang out with Emma soon,but I barley hang out with Laura and Paris anymore because Ethan never allows me to. He walked me to the car. While we got in I was completely silent. "Y/n I don't want you to hang out with Paris and Laura anymore." He says bluntly. "WHAT!?" I yell at the top of my lungs. He gripped the steering until he pulled over to the gas station near my apartment. "Y/n I told you that you can't hang out with your friends. Got it?" He stared at me and had his hands wrapped around my wrist tightly. I nodded my head yes and we drove to my apartment in silence. When we arrived at the apartment Ethan followed me in and sat on the couch. I ran up to my room and immediately called Laura. The phone rang for a while. I prayed that she would pick up. I bit my nails nervously,but a wave of calmness came over me as I heard her voice along with Paris and Emma's. "Hey y/n! Are you okay?" She asked shushing Paris and Emma. I looked at the ground. "Yeah I'm okay. A lot of crap happened." I was about to explain,but I heard Ethan coming up the stairs. "Laura I need to go I'll explain later!" I rushed and hung up the phone. "Who were you talking to y/n?" Ethan yells at me. "I-it was no one Ethan!" I say with tears in my eyes. He grabbed my phone and ran downstairs. I followed him quickly. "So now you want to cheat on me?" He yells. "Ethan I wasn't cheating! I promise!" I cry out. He grabbed a hammer and smashed my phone about 5 times. "ETHAN WHY DID YOU DO THAT?" I yelled at the top of my lungs crying. "Because you cheated! You're mine and only mine. No one can have you y/n!" He says laughing to himself. "You're sick Ethan." I say crying still. He walks up to me and I smell his minty breath. "I know I am babe." He says sitting down. I sat down on my bed and cried myself to sleep. I was woken up to Ethan laying in the bed with me. "Oh hey babe. I see you're awake." He says smiling. "Yeah." I say bluntly. He frowned and got up from the bed. "Just so you know I'm moving in with you so I know for a fact that you aren't cheating on me babe." He says kissing my forehead. "How many times do I have to tell you that I'm not cheating on you Ethan?" I say quietly. "I don't know honestly y/n." He walks out of the room and I get into the shower. After I get dressed and all that crap,I saw Ethan was on the phone with someone. He smiled at me and walked away. 'I wonder what that was about.' I thought to myself. I shrugged and went into the kitchen to find the car keys. When I found them I snuck out to go to Emma's house. It was really relaxing without Ethan. I jammed out to a few songs here and there,and I pulled into Emma's driveway. I knocked on the door to be greeted by Grayson. "Y/n!" He says hugging me really tight. "Grayson! I missed you." I say holding onto him. I see Emma behind him laughing. She shoved him and hugged me as tight as she could. "Y/n I was so worried about you!" She whispered in my ear. "I'm totally going to be fine." I whispered back. I just didn't want Emma to worry,but I didn't even know if I would be okay. "Do you want to hang out? Just the three of us?" Grayson asked breaking up the hug chuckling. "I'm all down!" Emma and I said at the same time. As we were walking outside we saw Ethan in his car in the driveway. My heart dropped. 'How did he know I was here?' 'Will he hurt me in front of Emma and Grayson?' So many thoughts were in my head,but I decided to keep my cool. Ethan ran up to me and hugged me. "Why did you come here y/n?" He asked clearly wanting to hurt me. I looked at Emma and Grayson to see them holding hands and looking at us worriedly. "I just wanted to come say hi to Emma and Grayson!" I say looking down. Ethan looked at me and put me in my car. "Well you can see Emma and Grayson tomorrow. Now I want you to drive home." He says through gritted teeth. I nodded slowly and drove away. 'I hate everything' I thought to myself.
