The strange green pumpkin was only available during the Halloween period, which is now over so the only way you can obtain one of these pumpkins is by getting them off other players.
When they were available, they cost 500 dollars (which is very cheap for a limited time item) so, now you can't get them directly from Bob's Shack, they will be much more expensive since they are now rare, also depending on how much the seller is willing to charge...
