Three Years Later

It's been three years since Profit got locked up. The sentence they gave him were for four years. Honest was crushed when she heard the sentence the judge gave.

Profit was mad because someone set him up. He wanted to know who planted the stuff in his car. He lost three years with his son that he would never get back. That hurt him to know he would never experience his son first steps or hear his first words. He was ready to go home and see his family. The jail didn't allow visits so he couldn't see anyone. He couldn't even speak with anyone.

Honest struggled the first few months taking care of TJ. She missed Profit. She was lonely at night but got over it. She held Profit down like she said she would. She still wears her ring and it brings a smile to her face every time she looks at it. She has two children. They both are from Profit. Before Profit went to jail she was pregnant but never got the chance to tell him.
