Hey so before we start I need to apologize for taking so long in updating this story , I've been busy with school and life drama I low key forgot about it 😂 let's get right to it .
Last we left off Raven and Xavier were on their way to dinner downstairs.
Ravens P.O.V
I walked with Xavier down the long flight of stairs and into the dinning room , his family already seemed to have gotten comfortable his mother and father sitting toghether , what appeared to be his siblings a girl and a baby boy who was on a high chair next to it's mother I watched Xavier sit down and touch the chair next to him indicating that was my spot, I rolled my eyes and sat down the tension was thick in the room I could feel the glare's from the mother and father but ignored their presence like the fly they were , the food arrived and no one moved until Xavier placed a piece of almost raw stake in his mouth , I grabbed my fork and spun it in my hands 'do I even remeber how to use this?' I shrugged silently and placed it into the food awkwardly piling it with food and sticking it into my mouth , the taste i had almost forgotten flooded back into my mouth hitting me like a wall of bricks it took me a second to snap out of my mouth-gasm But once I did I found myself to be the center of attention everyone had just watched as I fumbled with my fork as I slowly tried to remember what proper table manners were.
Xavier had a blank stare his mother and father disgusted yet his younger sister looked amused , the little toothless smile caught me off guard I never expected her to be that young yea she looked to be 8 or 9 but dam , I looked back to my plate and everyone continued to eat I took a few more awkward bites before my small appetite was satisfied It felt like I ate a whole buffet table but when I looked at my plate I saw it was full it seemed like food had just been picked around instead of eaten , I took a sip of my water and pushed my plate forwards before getting up "......." every one stared at me as I walked away from the table and up the stairs all i heard was Xavier's voice asking to be excused and a quick pair footsteps behind me as he grabbed my arm and roughly pulled me to his room , he shoved me in and closed his door "I said you would get to a healthy weight what was that" he seemed angry ... weird "I'm full ." I shrugged carelessly and sat down on his couch watching as he sat on his bed .
