Chapter 1: Mr. Monkey ?

You sighed,taking your first step on the staircase. "YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS !! THIS IS WAY TOO LONG !" Your partner,Saitteki Usatara,retorted. You sighed,face-palming. "So ? This is dwma ! I don't give a damn if it is long !" You said,crossing your arms. "But—" "I'm your meister,katana boy. So shut the hell up and follow me !" You started dragging him on the stairs. "No ! I'm going home !" He huffed. You stopped,making him look at you confused. You grunted then kicked him in the shins,then continued walking. "OOOOOOWWWW !" He groaned,falling on a random stairstep and gritting his teeth in pain. "What the hell was that for ?!?!" He grunted,trying to stand up.

"For being an idiotic little kid !" You retorted,reaching the top without effort. Yep,you're a girl who can kick anyone's ass. But when it comes to new people,you're shy as hell. "C-cool…" You mumbled,looking up at the huge academy. It has skull designs,three red spikes,and lit candles. "YAHOOOOOOOO !!" You blinked,looking around. The voice sounded like a male's,and he sure has an energetic personality. Saitteki slowly walked after you,slightly recovered from what you did.

You looked up,seeing a… "Saitteki,is that a monkey ?" You pointed on one of the spikes. Saitteki blinked,looking confused. "Uh… Maybe ?" He shrugged. "You're stealing my spotlight,newcomers ! This calls for a fight,and as usual,your god will win ! AHAHAHAHA !" It said.

"God ?" You blinked. "Excuse me,mr. Monkey,but I thought lions are the king of the jungle ! And besides,this isn't a jungle !" You yelled,cupping your mouth with your hands. His eyes twitched,then he jumped off from the spike. He landed right in front of you and Saitteki,hands on his hips.

"I'm not a monkey. I'm your god ! You shall bow down before me !" He pointed a finger to himself,grinning confidently. He has blue,spiky hair. He has a star tattoo on his left shoulder,and he's wearing a black,assassin-like clothes,with fingerless gloves with tiny stars on each hand. He's also wearing shoes with stars at the edge.

You raised an eyebrow,crossing your arms. Saitteki sighed. "You're a god ? You don't seem like it." You said. Blackstar furrowed his eyebrows,leaning close to you and inspecting your face. He stared at your (e/c) eyes,seeming unsatisfied. "You're the first girl to have the guts to say that. Who are you ?" He asked,backing away.

"My name's none of your business." You said. "Hey hey,it's the first day. Don't be rude." Saitteki patted your back. Mr. Monkey's eyes twitched,then clenched his fist. "Oh ? We'll see about that. I,the almighty Blackstar,is challenging you to a duel !" He stated. "Ohhhh.… So his name is Blackstar." You thought. "Oh ? You're fighting a girl ?" You smirked,shrugging. Blackstar grinned,chuckling. "You stole my spotlight ! You deserve to be defeated by a star like me !" He bragged. "(y/n)—" "Change or I'll kick your shins." You glared. Saitteki blinked as he got interrupted,then sighed in defeat. He just turned into a black katana,with yellow handle and black printings in it. It was slightly glowing.

Everyone noticed the commotion,so a crowd formed around you two. Blackstar chuckled,cracking his fingers. "I'll fight you weaponless." He said with a smirk. You just laughed. "Whatever. You'll lose,anyway." You chuckled. He looked angry. "You won't win against a star like me ! Maybe I'll just hold back cause you're a girl. Pity to beat you up." He said,rushing to you.

You spinned the katana with one hand,then held it with both of your hands as you also ran to him. He gave off a punch from the left,but you easily dodged. He gave off another from his right,then you ducked,sweeping him off of his feet. He lost his balance,and fell on the ground. You focused your wavelength to your hand,then slammed it to his chest. He looked startled at what you did,but he had the chance to roll over and stand up. "She can transfer her wavelength ?" Blackstar thought.

You smirked,then stood up straight. You ran at him,then started swinging the katana. He dodged all of your attempts,then made a roundhouse kick. You were concentrated on hitting him,so the kick hit you,making you stumble. You just flipped then skidded,heavily breathing. He smirked,taking the chance of your exhaustion.

"You're not the only one who can attack with your own wavelength !" He smirked,fisting your stomach. "(y/n) !" Saitteki yelled,then you just slightly smiled. You closed your eyes as you received Blackstar's wavelength. His wavelength was strong,and you can tell what attacks he can make. "Speed star,Trap star… Huh ? He can use enchanted sword mode with his weapon ? Is he a meister wielding one of the Nakatsukasa siblings ?!" You thought. It's from his wavelength. And it's how you read it.

You slightly stumbled back,coughing. Blackstar grinned confidently,looking at you. "Does that hurt ?" He smirked. You laughed,opening your eyes to look at you. "Who's your weapon ?" You asked,using Saitteki's katana form to stand up straight. "It's not important ! And besides,how did you know I'm a meister ?" He said,looking sharply at you.

"That attack from you… "Blackstar big wave". That's the name of your recent attack,right ?" You said. Blackstar blinked. "How did you figure that out ?" He asked,surprised. "I just can. I'm sure you have one of the Nakatsukasa siblings because you can control enchanted sword mode." You said,straight eyed. Blackstar released his fighting stance,then walked to you. "Who are you ? And why do you know that much about my skills ?" He asked. You sighed. "Let's call off this duel. It's almost time for classes. Saitteki,change back." You commanded,throwing him in the air. He chuckled,changing to his human form. "Hey,wait !" Blackstar yelled,but you just dragged Saitteki inside the school.

"I've gone too far.. No one should know about that skill of mine…" You thought.
