Since the game began, a whole month has gone by, and two thousand people have died so far.
After all this time, none of the players have been able to clear Floor One.
And today, finally, we're having a meeting to figure out how to find and defeat the Floor One boss.
Reader chan’s P.O.V:
It’s been one month since the game master showed up and we still haven’t found the boss on the first floor, but today was different. As I was walking through town I overheard some guys talking about some meeting that was going to be held today, so I put on my black cloak and followed them to an arena where other people where. I sat down away from everyone, pulling my cloak down over my eyes. I was scrolling through my item list when some guy with blue hair came out and called for are attention. I used to be a beta tester, and even I haven't found out where the boss's lair is.
“Diabel..” I whispered softly to myself. I knew Disbel we meet in the town of beginnings after the GM appeared, since both of us used to be beta testers we worked together as a team. One day Diabel got asked to join a guild and left, I’ve been working solo ever since. “Okay, people!
Now that everyone's here, let's get this meeting started.
So anyway, I want to thank everyone for coming. Good to see you.

Everyone laughed and one guy stood up and yelled “Dude, there's no job system in this game!” “You guys want to hear this or not?”
Everyone shut up and Diabel continued “Right, anyway here's the deal.
Our party found the boss room at the top of the tower today.
First, we need to defeat the boss and make it to Floor Two.
The next step is we have to tell everyone waiting in the Town of Beginnings that it is possible to beat this game!
Fact is, it's our duty as the most capable players here!
Do you agree or not?!” Most of us nodded.
“Okay, glad to hear you're all with me on this, now let's figure out how we're going to beat the boss.
First off, we'll team up into parties of six.
A typical party doesn't stand a chance against a floor boss.
We need a raid group made up of multiple parties.” Once Diabel finished everyone got into groups but one guy ,with raven black hair, and one girl or…. guy? I wasn’t quite sure since they were wearing a brown cloak similar to mine. The raven haired guy started to panic and looked around until he spotted the person in the brown cloak.
Kirito’s P.O.V:
I looked around for anyone I could partner up with but I didn’t see anyo- wait who’s that. I saw a person sitting in a brown cloak about 10ft to my left I scooted over to them. “You got left out too, huh?” I asked them. I looked at there name tag it said ‘Asuna’. She scoffed “As if. It just seemed like everyone was already friends.” “So you're solo too? You want to form a party with me?
You heard what the guy just said.
We can't beat the boss on our own, and it would only be for this fight.” I asked hoping for her to say yes. She sighed “Fine I don’t really have any other options.” I sent her an invite and she accepted.

‘Looks like everyone has a partner except for me’ I thought as I started to get up “Hold up a sec!” I froze “Are they talking to me?” I turned around to see a guy with ginger colored hair running down the stairs pointing at Diabel. “My name's Kibaou, got that? Before we take on the boss, I want to get something off my chest!” he yelled looking at every body.”We all know about the two thousand people who died so far, yeah?” I nodded slightly “Well, some of you need to apologize to them right now!” he yelled at the top of his lungs.”Kibaou, I think I know who you're referring to.
You mean the ones who were ex-beta testers, right?” Diabel asked looking the ginger haired man in the eye.
:'Course I mean them!
The day this stupid ass game started, the beta guys just got up and vanished, right?
They ditched all us beginners!
They snagged all the good hunting spots, and they grabbed all the easy quests too!
They were the only ones getting stronger in here.
This whole time, they've ignored us like we were nothing.
Hell, I bet there are some of them here!”
My breath hitched when he said that and I stared at him with a threatening glare
“Come on out, beta testers!
We should make them apologize to us, and we should make them all give up their money and the items they got!
They can't expect the party to trust them when they don't trust us!
Why should we?!”
I was debating whether or not to stand up and yell at the guy but so er…. How do I say this without being racist ( AUTHOR-CHAN IS NOT RACIST I JUST DON’T WANT TO OFFEND ANYBODY T^T) a guy stood up and said “Can I say something?” Diabel nodded. “Hey, my name's Agil. Kibaou right?” he asked the ginger haired guy. He nodded slightly. “I want to make sure I'm on the same page.You say the ex-beta testers should be blamed for the rookies' deaths because they didn't help them, and you want them to apologize and give up their winnings. I leave anything out?” he asked after his speech. “No you didn’t” kibaou said in a sassy tone. I swear this guy is getting on my nerves. I didn’t listen after that I was thinking about my "brother" and my best friend. My "brother" is in the town of beginnings where I told him to stay and my best friend….. Well it’s hard to say.
My thoughts were interrupted by someone pulling my hood down. On instinct I pulled out my dagger and got into a fighting stance. “Woah calm down (Y/N) it’s just me” He chuckled as I put my dagger away and pulled up my hood. “Diabel that’s not funny” I scolded him only causing him to laugh louder. I smiled and playfully punched his arm. His laughter slowly died down and he looked at me with a smile “So did you pay attention to anything I said during the meeting?” “ Um…. something about his name blah blah blah he has four health bars and the team who kills him get the EXP and… OH who ever get the item keeps it.” I smiled proudly considering that I didn't pay attention much. “Great meet here at ten in the morning, got that?” he asked I nodded as he started to walk away. “ And make sure you join a party/team by tomorrow.” he yelled as he made his way down the street. “OK I WILL” I yelled back as I turned and walked the opposite way Diabel went.
