Today I ate way to many calories. I think I worked some of them off through exercise.

I had junk for breakfast, nothing for lunch, then a small bit of food for dinner. But I did a lot of walking, bike riding, and stair climbing to hopefully burn some calories.

I also tried to eat a piece chocolate after dinner and felt like I was going to throw up. Is that even something that happens to other people????

I weighed myself yesterday and I'm not even close to my goal for my weight. I just have to lose about 12 more pounds and I'll be good.
