It's Em, with another update on this book!

Into the story:
Shelby:
Everyone arrived eventually,
I forgot how nice it felt to meet new people!
I met Lizzie and Joel, and Stacy in real life for the first time.
And of course Will...
Nope. Don't daydream about him Shelby!
When people started to dance, I stayed at the side. Let's just say I'm not the best at dancing...
Will was walking over to me. Save me. Help someone, I will be too awkward.
Will:
It was finally my chance. Shelby was on her own.
I walked over to her and she smiled.
"Um.. Hey will!" She said.
"Would you like to have a walk outside, Miss Shelby?"
"Of course, Mr Will!" She laughed.
We walked together for half an hour,
learning about each other. It felt like we had a lot in common.
Shelby:
We were walking outside, and just talking to Will made me want to get to know him more.
Then Will got a phone call:
"Hello? Yes Graser, I'm with Shelby."
I heard Graser say to everyone:
"They've gone on a walk together!"
And I heard a lot of people going aww.
Shoot. The party sounded silent, so everyone was listening.
"We've only been gone half an hour."
And then what surprised me was what Wills facial expression changed to.
It didn't look great...
