The kids of Lincoln Academy have graduated from high school. Some with promising futures, some not so much. As Reese's 18th birthday nears she fears the change that will come to pass as she enters the waters and Isla's Underworld. As summer arrives it's the gangs last harrah before they all head in different directions for college. Matt sees competition in his cousin Tyler whose affection grows everyday for Reese. Whilst Isla's Realms are threatened war there is a different kind of darkness threatening the shores of Damariscotta, ME. First Matt disappeears, then Reese's stepsister, Carmen and the Principal of Lincoln Academy. With very little time left Reese and her friends try to uncover the darkness looming over the town and underwater.
