Chapter 1: A Cup of Tea [✔]

Gajeel's P.O.V.

Me, Lily and the Shrimp were returning from another mission in the train. The Shrimp was asleep and I felt so sick. Soon. Soon we will get of this death machine. We stopped, but I still felt sick. Lily got up and tried waking up the Shrimp.

"Everyone off the train!" Lily sighed and turned in his Edolas form and took the Shrimp bridal style. I walked out with shaky legs. After a while I was okay.

"Gajeel, I ran out of magic power." Lily informed me.

"Fine. I'll take her." I took Levy out of Lily's arms. She was surprisingly light. "I'll take her to our house, you go to the guild." I said. Lily smiled, nodded and flew to the guild. With one hand I took her bag.

She snuggled to my chest. She was so warm. I looked at Levy. She looked so peaceful. It was late October so it was cold. I didn't want Levy to get sick so I speedwalked to my house. I opened and closed the doors as quiet as possible. Now where do I put her? On the couch? No, she will fall down quickly. Lily's room? The bed is too small. My room. I sighed. I opened my bedroom door, dropped her bag next to the bed and put her on my bed. I pulled the covers over her. I stared at her face. She was so beautiful. What am I thinking? She's nothing but a Shrimp. Her sky blue hair fell on her face so I gently pushed them away. She smiled in her sleep and I felt a small smile crept on my face too. Then the smile disappeared.

"Gajeel!" she yelled and sat up.

Levy's P.O.V.

Me and Gajeel were walking in the park hand in hand. We stopped and he turned to look at me.

"Levy, I love you so much!" he said and leaned towards, but before I could kiss him he collapsed on the ground, blood running from his chest.

"Gajeel!" I yelled and shot up. I found myself looking in beautiful red eyes. I only knew one person who had eyes like that. Gajeel. He was looking in mine. I felt my cheeks burn up. I had a crush on him since he joined Fairy Tail. Our faces were just an inch apart. We both didn't move. I heard a small knock on the door.

"I see Levy woke up." I heard Lily say. I blushed even more as Gajeel stood up.

"Yeah. Umm... Thanks for letting me sleep." I said and got out of bed. Gajeel bend to be the same high as me and stared at me.

"Levy you okay? Your face is red. You didn't get sick did you?" he asked me. Was he worried about me?

"Yeah. I'm fine." I smiled. Then Gajeel put his hand on my forehead. That didn't help. By now my face was hot like fire.

"Your have a fever. Come on you must have a cup of tea to warm yourself up. I'm gonna go and make one, but you get under the blankets." he said and went to the kitchen. I sighed and got under the covers. The bed was warm. They smelled like Gajeel. I loved the irony smell. It made me feel warm and fuzzy in my stomach. I smiled. Lily crawled next to me.

"You aren't sick right?" I sighed and shook my head. "Do you like him?" my eyes widened, but I nodded. "Don't worry I won't tell him." I smiled and patted his head.

"Hey, you awake?" I heard Gajeel's voice. It was soft. I sat up straight. He handed me the tea and sat next to me on the bed. Lily crawled in his lap and Gajeel started petting him. How cute I thought.

"Thanks. But I really must go home." I said handing him the cup.

"You sure? Your face is still a bit red." he said.

"Yeah. I gotta clean my room for girls night tomorrow." I said getting out of bed. I totally forgot about it. As soon as I stood up I got dizzy. The dizziness was so strong that it sent me righ back on the bed.

"Hey, Shrimp. You okay?" Gajeel asked. He sounded...worried?

"You know? Maybe you were right. Can I get another cup of tea?" I asked getting under the covers.

"I'll get it!" Lily said and smiled at me. And with that he was gone.

Gajeel's P.O.V.

As Lily got out the room it fell in an awkward silence. I looked at Levy. Her face was red, but still beautiful.

Gajeel! Stop thinking like that. You don't deserve to like her. You hurt her too much.

But look. She is sitting in my bed. I fought with myself.

"I don't think you should go home when you aren't feeling well and it's cold outside." I said. What are you saying?!

"What are you suggesting?" Levy asked. Her face was turning redder.

"You can" stop talking! She'll say no. Don't make yourself look lika a baka!! "stay here." now say that you didn't ment it! "I could sleep on the couch." Lily walked in the room.

"Please. You can't get sick for your girls night. Right?" Lily asked.

"Okay." Levy said taking the cup. That one word made me feel happy, warm inside. Why was I feeling like this? She's just staying the night only to feel better, not cause she likes me. But she will sleep in your bed. I hated that small voice, but it was right. I sighed.
