Barry:
Neglecting you and being the cause of you leaving him.
This was his biggest fear. Since he was The Flash he was always away and you barely saw him in the day. He was afraid of not spending enough time with you and you leaving him since he was busy being The Flash.
Cisco:
You finding out that he knows how you die.
This was the worst thing Cisco's powers has done to him. He sometimes just stares at you for a while and starts tearing up but you never see this because he always hides it.
Wally:
That he'll get mad at you.
It's not a secret that Wally is hot headed and has a short temper. He fears that one day he'll take all his anger out on you and you'll get your heart broken.
Harrison:
That you'll leave him because he's human.
He wasn't afraid that you'll leave him because of his age, he was scared that he can't protect him because his human. He thinks that you'll get bored of him and leave him for Barry, Cisco or Wally.
