Chapter 9

Its raining today, days like these I like to sit down under the gazebo in my mothers garden. I just can't stay inside, after all thats happen these past few days I felt so claustrophobic. I cant even concentrate on my dancing, I just cant seem to focus on anything to be honest.

I'm hoping a rainy day will make everything better. So far it's working, 8:30 a.m. is when the rain started to fall slowly and now it's 10:16 a.m. I have a comfortable black hoodie with soft sweats, of course my hair is in a messy bun and a cup of hot coffee was right by my side. In this moment, I felt content and calm because when the rain would hit the top of the roof it felt like a lullaby was being played.

I was so focus on the rain that I didnt even here someone sit by me on the other chair next to mine. I turn to see that it was Dimitri, which was the last person I waned to see. My eyes lock with his, he was waring a black long sleeve that huggd his body perfectly, he also had dark denem jeans and black combat boots his hair was comb back. He looked handsome, I knew I was staring longer then I wanted. I quickly turn to focus on the rain again. Maybe if I ignore him he will go away.

"When are you gonna stop acting like I don't exist?" Dimitri said clearly irritated by the way I have been treating him for the past week and a day.

I look his way and with a board expression I say, " I'm trying to enjoy my morning and right now I don't need you pestering me with idiotic questions. leave me alone Dimitri"

"Don't fucking give me your bullshit right now Rose. We need to talk, this tension we have between us ends now. Look, what I said at scho-"

I stoped him before he can finish his sentence,

" I don't want to hear your apology. I don't want to know how sorry your are. Why can't you understand what you said HURT!!." My eyes watered in seconds, I didn't even want to look at him for the reason that I didn't want him to see me cry.

" I know Rose, and I regret what I said to you" he spoke honestly.

I took a pause, I shook my head at his response, I didn't know if I could believe him anymore.

"To be honest you should be greatful that I don't bother you anymore with my problems, with my life, and not just that but I'm sorry that you had to put up with me, but don't worry I already lifted that burden off your shoulders." Tears started to slide down my cheek.

" Your not a fucking burden Rose, I never thought you were.!!" he said standing up frustrated

"Please leave me alone" I whisper

"I'm not leaving, not until we are done talking" he gritted his teeth. I glance at him, I roll my eyes and countine to stare at the rain. Just ignore him Rose he will soon go away.

However Dimitri had something else in mind. He came around and stood in fromt of me. He blocked my view, I stood up, already tired of dealing with him.

" Fine, I will leave" I say and turn to leave but Dimitri grabs my upper arm and pulls me right back to him. I'm pressed into his chest and he locks me in between his arms so I won't be able to escape.

"you are not leaving until I say what I have to say" he stared at me daring me to argue.

I was tempted, but I also wanted to hear what he had to say.

" what I said was fucked up, you mean the world to me Rose. I promised your dad that I would protect you from harm. Yet I'm the one that hurt you. I'm so sorry, these past days have been infuriating because one of my best friends is mad at me and I hate it. Please can you forgive me, I'll do anything" he pleaded
