*new chapter plus the next one*
He didn’t say anything he just looked at us, observing us from head to toe.
I found him creepy. He was like a stalker but instead of stalking from a distance he stalked up close.
I lifted my head and I just watched vampires come up to the people in line and dragged them out of the building. Some screamed and some pleaded.
“Do not worry I will get you all back to the human territory within this month just stay alive and do not fight back I will save you all. You have my word” I said to all the humans through my mind
The neat thing about my powers is that I could communicate to all the humans at once while others, one at a time but I could make it a one on one conversation too but when I talk to humans in their mind only humans can hear me no other creature, in all the cases other creatures can’t get into the conversation unless they have more power than the person sending the message.
They returned my message with “we will wait”
I stared out to the exit longing to help them.
I snapped back into the world once I heard the clasp of something and I felt something heavy and cold around my neck. I looked down and noticed that I had a metal thick collar that had a chain connected to it and saw that it ended in one of the guard’s hand who had tight grip on the chain.
What did they think I was some sort of dog? They are so pathetic. I just wanted to lash out at them and just yank at the chain and rip it and tackle the stupid guard and beat him sense less but it took all my control to not do that because I can’t and can you just image how I’ll look? I look like a freaken crazed animal deserved to wear this collar around my neck at the moment.
I just took to grumbling comments underneath my breath and glaring at them.
“Stupid arrogant vampires you’re just so lucky I won’t smack that smug look off of your faces”
They did the same to the werewolf but that really did make him seem more like a dog.
With a pleased look on the 15 year old kid he turned around and headed towards the exit while the guard that had my chain tugged on it forcing me to walk forward.
My arms flew up taking a hold of the chain and forcing it back so the back of my neck wasn’t forced forward. The other guard was behind me holding onto the wolf’s chain.
The guard kept on tugging and tugging at my chain I got so annoyed that I walked faster so he would stop.
Once we reached the exit I was blinded by the light but my eyes quickly adjusted. I dropped my hands and looked around their city. It was so white and clean. The buildings around the auction were roman styled buildings with the columns. The streets were brick and they actually had trees in the middle to divide the streets. Not at all what I expected, I had expected rotting decaying stuff littering the streets and it all to be dark and eerie but just the opposite, the vampires actually had class.
The guard tugged on my chain and I stumbled forward not expecting it and I didn’t even notice the flight of stairs that I almost tripped and fell just by a couple of inches. That would have been a bloody mess I actually would have felt bad for staining their stairs.
I reached the bottom of the stairs with little complications and then I was shoved into a car. Luckily I got a window seat but the kid was across from me and the guard next to me.
