This is Alexander Laurence Eugene Xavier one of Giovanni's Biological dads.
He is a odd goofball of a person and rarely knows how to get serious, some would say he's the definition of human others would say he's the definition of cowardice but either way he's still himself and no one can change that.
I got bored and decided I should draw him in Ibispaintx because I did that to Giovanni and maybe tomorrow I'll do Miguel (the lover of Alexander and the father of Giovanni) I'm not sure yet.
