I sighed as I hauled in my huge suitcase through my apartment front door. “Home sweet home.” I murmured to myself as I flopped down on my couch.
Natalie has stayed with my mom so I could get settled back in. It was great, but I sure did miss my munchkin. Miles and Riley were suppose to come by in a bit. I'll just rest my eyes for a bit feeling the need to take a little nap all of a sudden.
“Michelle!” I shot straight up as I heard Riley sing my name out loud.
“Here.” I sighed loudly holding my chest.
“Sleeping?” Miles chuckled.
“You know it.” I stretched as I stood up.
“So, when do you plan on moving down here again, Everett? Today?” Riley asked as he sat down next to me.
“Today would be correct.” he said as he walked through my front door with a couple more of my suitcases I stuffed in his car.
“Man...” Riley hung his head low, he seemed bummed out about it for some reason.
“What's wrong?” I turned to face him, a little worried.
He crossed his arms over his chest focusing on something outside the window. ”Now I have to start sharing my food.”
I rolled my eyes. “Seriously?”
