I keep wanting to call this the Parthenon... like in Greece.
So it's been a while since I've done one of these Author's Notes, and this is really important. So I'd be more than grateful if you could stick around.
This is me at 2 years old. I was obsessed with Disney princesses and had some pretty awesome parents who spoiled me rotten.
At 2, I had no idea what I wanted to be when I was older, only that I loved Ariel and was way too excited to meet the Disney characters.
This is me at 22-years old. Although I do still love Disney princesses, I have a pretty stronger idea of who I am now.
I'm someone that wants be an author.
I remember telling that to someone on an airplane, and she laughed and said her daughter wanted to do that too... Now her doctor is a Nurse who writes in her freetime.
That lady also advised me to seek out other options.
But I know what I want to do. Who I want to be.
However, I've come to realize I can't do it alone. No matter how hard I've tried.
So this is the part where I ask you all for help.
I've started this thing called a Patreon.
Rachel, what is a Patreon?
Glad you asked!
Patreon is a membership platform that provides business tools for creators to run a subscription content service, as well as ways for artists to build relationships and provide exclusive experiences to their subscribers, or "patrons."
So essentially, I'm asking for your support as I embark on this new journey of trying to be a published author.
You can find more information on my Patreon page, where I outline where every goes penny that's contributed.
Even if you can't or don't want to donate, please give my page a look. And maybe even share it if you feel inclined to do so...?
No matter what, I love each and every one of you. Thank you for your continued love and support.
