"Do you have time today?" I fiddle with the end of the couch pillow as Greyson and I sat watching T.V.  Today I got his to watch the cooking channel with me.

Greyson told me that he doesn't watch television often, but because I'm quite persuasive he gives in.

He thinks it's pointless to watch entertainment when you could be living your life to the fullest instead of watching people make money doing their job. Personally, I think he doesn't want to watch because he can't leave the safety of his home.

I splayed my fingers across his open palm and clasped our hands together. From the corner of his eye he glances at me curiously as if my action was hinting of something.

I give him a grin, which he mirrors and he brushes off his thought.

It makes me wonder sometimes if Greyson is ever curious. Curious of what goes on outside the security of his pack. I want to ask him, but this churning feeling in my stomach always holds me back and makes me bit down my lip.

"Are you free all day?" I ask him, my eyes glued to the tv screen.

Nodding, he says, "Yeah, Why? Do you have something you want to do?"

I'm pretty sure I've looked at every nook and cranny in this house and found nothing fun to do. I'm utterly bored.

"Can we walk around in the garden or something? I miss being 'outside'." I emphasize outside because technically we can't go outside outside

He gives me that calculating look again. The same one he's been giving me everything he notices me pouting. I'm pouting a lot recently because when he's not home, I'm given nothing but work to do. His parents don't push me to work, but they want me to know their pack history from beginning to end. As the alpha's wife I had to know everything about the pack.

That includes the names of every living member.

If only everyone could pass down their names every generation like Marty's family has, my brain wouldn't have such a huge headache.

"You want to go for a run?" He grins at me knowing fully well I can't outrun him.

"I have a better idea." I say.

"Yeah? And what's that?" His eyes twinkle at my playful tone.

I wiggle to loosen his hold around me and face him with my arms crossed over my chest to show him I mean business.

"Why don't you shift into your wolf and you can carry me while you run. Be my gallant steed." I quirk my brow waiting for him to respond.

Both sides of his lips curl up and the next thing I know he's slamming down on the couch. His hard body crushing mine for a few seconds before he supports his weight with his arms, hovering over me and grinning.

"You just like to ride me don't you?" That comment wipes the smirk on my face and I heat from the chin and up.

"Greyson!" I swat him in mortification, which makes him burst out laughing.

He leans down to his my forehead. "You're adorable when you blush."

He rolls of me and gets on his feet. The blanket that was splayed across our lap falls to the floor ad he doesn't even take the time to pick it up. He's wearing a blue pajama bottoms and a tight white t-shirt that molds around his hard muscles. If I had a wolf, I would probably be warning her to back down as to not pounce on my husband.

He walks around the couch and towards the stairs and up to our bedroom.

"Where are you going?" I ask, watching him right before e disappears up the stairs.
