"What time is it?" I ask Eddie.

"6:30." He says, glancing at his watch.

"Shoot. I gotta go. My mom will kill me if I'm not home in time." I say, taking another lick of Richie's ice cream before handing it back to him.

"Bye, guys. I'll see you all tomorrow." I say, grabbing my book bag.

"We gotta get going to. We'll walk with you half way." Bev says. Everybody expect Ben stands up and we leave his house.

About a quarter of the way home, it became just me and Eddie.

"So, has Henry messed with you lately?" He asks.

"Nah, shockingly." Not really. Pennywise fucked Henry's ass up from the last time in the woods.

"Well, well, well. All alone are we, Y/N?" I ignore Henry and keep walking.

"I'm talking to you, skank." He grabs me and pushes me against a tree.

"Henry, get off me." I say, trying to pry my wrists from his grip.

"I don't know about that, pretty girl." His hand slides up my shirt and I gasp.

Don't say his name! Don't say his name! Don't say his name!

"Pennywise!"

"What..." Henry stops and asks. He looks at me and turns around.

It's Penny. He's in his human form.

"Who the fuck are you?" Henry says, pulling out his switch blade.

"Your worst nightmare." I sink down the tree and cover my eyes. He's using his dead lights.

That was a pretty scary moment now that I recall. I'd never seen Penny so heated.

"Helllooo? Earth to Y/N!" Eddie says, snapping his fingers in front of his face.

"Sorry, Eddie. I spaced out." I mumble.

"You okay?" I nod and we stop in front of his house.

"Bye, Eddie." I say, hugging him and kissing his cheek. He blushes deeply and waves walking inside.

I walk down the sidewalk and regret not asking him the time before he left. It's getting dark, and I'd say I'm getting scared but Penny don't scare me.

My mom does though.

I kick a rock on the ground and look at the convenience store that Greta's dad runs. Penny taught her a lesson for me too.
