I shielded my eyes with my hands as the beam of the sunlight invaded the house house through the window. I tried to sleep again veiling the curtains across the window but to no avail. Because there wasn't any curtain..thanks to the owner of this house, that bloody miser didn't even care to waste money on curtains. Those curtains might be as expensive a dog's meat.

Finally, giving up, I stretched my hands and my legs comforting my body. My mouth opened considerably and I yawned hugging the only pillow kept on the bed. Oh yes, I was slumping on the bed. The only possibility of this comfort was, of course, Mr. Ambrose was not at home from past two weeks and well, I had the whole house for myself. It was so much fun here without his oh-so-mighty presence. It felt so good to live alone as I could do anything I like, anywhere I go. Here, there no one was to imply restrictions on me - not that I give a rat's derriere about those restriction. There was no Aunt Brank looking for the perfect chance to sell me off to some good for nothing man. No more suitors to worry about. No more balls (mind the pun). This was only about me. For real, this was my freedom.

Getting off the bed, I made my way towards the kitchen in order to have something to eat. But the only thing I found was of course, the chocolate which I'd brought along with me. Munching two pieces in my mouth, I pondered that I might need to go to a trip outside this house in order to manage to not kill myself with hunger. And so, this was my daily routine for next few more weeks. I would casually champ the chocolate and think about how to survey through the jungle. I was well-accustomed with every twists and turns of this jungle because the last few days I did nothing but scouted the humid forest and it was the most amazing experience.

I exited the house with my knapsack and hunted the new depths of jungle. The sun was right above my head, burning my existence and threatening me to lead the path of my grave. The birds chirped their sweet chorus swaying their derriere on the mahogany woods. The beautiful greenery everywhere dazzled and somehow managed to blind me with its beauty. The bronze soil with the presence of the green grass poking their heads out, lead me to discovery of new enchanting green world with all the life around.

I wandered in jungle, plucking some eatables - at least which seemed to be, examining the various types of flowers, waving the ape species, jumping over the exceedingly long roots which transversed over my way. After it seemed like two hours, I could see the sight of the front door of the house. Wasting no time, I marched towards door but before I could enter my steps halted on its place and my eyes were as wide as saucers. I looked at the opened door contemplating whether I should go inside without any weapon.

But why the hell was this door opened?! Who did just dare to barge into Mr. Ambrose's house? Surely it couldn't be Mr. Ambrose himself as Karim assured me the very first day that Mr. Ambrose doesn't live here nor he ever comes here. And if he do comes here it may be once in a blue moon. That explains the state of this house when I placed my first step on this floor.

Could it be Dalgliesh? No, No! It couldn't be him because Mr. Ambrose was always two steps ahead of his nemesis. Even if he had found that I was with Mr. Ambrose, he surely can't access the location of Mr. Ambrose's dern house which was perfectly camouflaged between the thickness of the trees and depths of the jungle, faraway from the world outside.

After contemplating for a while, I decided to barge inside the door and find myself the presence of the anonymous in the house. But hey, I wasn't going unprepared! I took the hold of nearby tree and broke a steeple off it. My other free hand was full of the dry soil. If the intruder decided to choke me or kill me, I would, instantly, hurl the mud straight into his eyes and then hit him with a stick.

And, I entered the house.

Alert intruder! Your death in on your way!

I looked around the room, my eyes insinuating the presence of someone evil while my brain was ready as a child in school eagerly waiting to go home to attack if someone even places a foot in front of me. But to my surprise, there was not a slightest hint of presence of anyone. I decided to just throw the mud and wooden stick out of the window until-
