school is hard.
finishing assignments and working towards success is hard.
but once that's all over, you'll get a diploma.
you can move on.
you can get a fun job. make money.
you will grow up and it will be okay.
one bad grade isn't going to kill you, and neither will 10.
you'll be okay.

have you done the following today?
-eaten enough
-gotten some exercise
