𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐒𝐀𝐓 in her seat beside Jack staring at her nails. They were short and chipped from all the chewing that she did. This was her way of ignoring Jack as he messed with the controls to teleport the two back in the room with them.

"Ah ha! Got it!" Jack cheered to himself. He glanced at Victoria from the corner of his eye. "No thanks to you," he scoffed.

Victoria turned to Jack with a tight smile as she slapped her hand onto her knee. "Well, flirting with a teenager continuously without much communication to my end constitutes less help from me," she snapped.

Jack rolled his eyes at Victoria. She knew it was harmless, but when a girl so pretty comes along she can't help herself but compare herself to them. Rose was young, probably ten years her junior, blonde and big doe eyed. She seemed to have all the men at her feet (which had only been two at the moment) and Victoria felt threatened to her seat beside Jack.

Jack had pushed the few buttons to bring the two inside. They stood chest to chest as they spoke quietly about them to one another.

The Doctor had commented that if Jack were ever a Captain, he had been defrocked by now.

"Actually, I quit. Nobody takes my frock," Jack said from his chair.

"You two didn't even notice the teleportation," Victoria mused, eyeing the couple together. They seemed hesitant around each other, but in love none the less.
