Chapter 16

The band is flying out today for a week. We need to record Cactus In The Valley before FTMWAV which is in 3 weeks and we need to film My Boots. I finished Cactus In The Valley last night. Matt was driving me to the airport... Raine couldn't come because Cass had gotten the flu. I texted Joey and told him to meet me outside when they landed.

"Do you like Kevvy?" Matt asked as he pulled in.

"Yeah, he seems cool." I smiled and opened up the car door. "I am so excited for the tour! 3 weeks!"

"Little Caelyn's first tour! She's growing up so fast!" Matt pinched my checks. I swatted him away and we started to walk inside.

"Oh please! You're a day older than me!" I chuckled.

"I'm still your older, better best friend." Matt replied. We laughed. We made it into the front doors.

"So, when are you going to propose and what part do I get to be in this wedding?" I asked. Matt laughed and ruffled up my hair a bit.

"I don't know, soon. Also, I don't know but Nicole seems to like you. Maybe if you get on her good side, you can be a brides maid." Matt replied.

"I am so hanging out with Nicole before tour than. Did you get her pregnant yet?" I asked. Matt nearly choked.

"How do you know these things?" Matt asked. I squealed.

"I was kidding but really? She's pregnant?!" I asked.

"We're trying for a baby... The doctors say there's a slim chance she can actually get pregnant because of the accident a few years back. We might have to adopt." Matt sighed. I hugged him. "I kind of would just like to have a kid that's actually a piece of me."

"Okay. No. I'm sure you would but adoption is just as good. Hell, Raine's child isn't even mine and I would die if anything ever happen to her." I said.

"I thought you hated kids?"

"I used to until Raine had Cassidy and I got really attached. I won't probably ever have one, Josh wouldn't want one. I think we're just going to live with animals for the rest of our lives." I giggled. Matt rested his hand on my shoulder.

"Hey, Josh will do anything for you. You saying you wanna get pregnant?"

"NO! Well, not right now. Maybe when me and Josh have been together longer or something or engaged."

"I thought you didn't like marriage."

"I do but I don't. It's not that I don't like it it's just that it scares me." I said as we sat down in the waiting area place.

"Don't tell the guys about Nicole and me please." Matt begged.

"I promise." I smiled as people started getting off the plane. I got up as I saw Michael. I ran up to him. He hugged me.

"Hey Cae." Michael laughed.

"Hi, it's best friend against brother figure here so don't kill Matt please." I mumbled into his shoulder. Michael nodded and went to go meet Matt. I said hi to the other guys then kind of watched Michael and Matt.

"Hey man, nice to meet you." Michael said. They did one of those bro hug things.

"You too." Matt did a awkward smile. I chuckled and went over to them.

"Sorry to burst your bromance here but we need to go. You guys need to learn to some shit. To the studio?" I smiled as hung my arm around Robbie.

"To the studio." He replied.
