Naruto's Missing!

Has anyone seen Naruto?

The story takes place somewhere between Naruto's fight with Pain and the Turtle Island arc.

-Sakura's POV

Sakura was walking down the streets. It was her day off, but she didn't really know what to do. Usually, she spends days like these in the bathhouses or somethin, but she wasn't feeling like going there. She was full of energy, and it was very strange. Whilst she was thinking of things to do, she figured that this was an opportunity to sit down and catch up with Naruto, since they both were busy lately and barely got to spend some quality time together, even though they're on the same team.

'Maybe he's training, I shouldnt interrupt him..NAH! That knucklehead's probably at Ichiraku or something, eating his ass off...' She giggled

She then headed straight for Ichiraku, but Naruto wasn't there.

"Oi! Old man Teuchi!"

"Ohaio, Sakura-san!"

"Ohaio! Say, have you seen Naruto around?"

"Hm, he hasn't shown up for ramen these past few days, but I thought he was out on a mission or something, right?"

'Oh right! even though I'm on break, that doesn't mean he's on a break too!'

"I'll go ask Tsunade-sama then, thanks anyway!"

"Be sure to stop by again when you find him!"

Sakura nodded

-Tsunade's office-

-Tsunade's POV

"AAARGH!" Tsunade let out a groan. Her sulking, though, was interrupted by a knock on the door.

"Come in!"

"Tsunade-sama, is everything alright?" Sakura asked, taking in the sight of her mentor.

"Well, I have so many missions here, and they're supposed to be for Naruto, BUT I CAN'T FIND THE BRAT ANYWHERE! I send Shizune to look for him but he didnt answer his door, and she couldn't find him in the village!"

"Hmm, maybe he's just sleeping.."

"Oh, I guess you may be right.."

"I'll go see if he's home" Sakura said, bursting out the door, her heart pounding with worry as all evidence seem to indicate that something might be wrong.

-Sakura's POV

'I'm getting kind of worried, Naruto wouldn't just dissapear like that, it's just not what he does'

She finally got to Naruto's house and started banging his door

"NARUTOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Are you there?"

She didn't recieve an answer

"NARUTOOOOOOOOO!"

She's had it, that brat thinks he can get away with anything because he's the "HERO OF THE VILLAGE"? Nah, she isn't gonna let this pass. She refuses to believe that he's being anything but lazy, refuses to let her mind to drift to any more possibilities.

She knocked down the door to the (as per usual) messy room.

But Naruto wasn't there.

'Alright, I need to calm down. Where could he be?'

"TS-TSU-TSUNADE-S-SAMAA!"

"SAKURA SERIOUSLY, YOU CAN ATLEAST KNOCK!"

"NARUTO'S NOT AT HIS HOUSE!"

"W-What?" Said Tsunade, worry plastered on her face. "This is not good. Sakura!I appoint you, Sai and Konoha 11 to go and find Naruto and bring him back as fast as possible!"

"Understood! Tsunade-sama!"

After everyone taking part in the mission was informed, they gathered in Konoha's gate, ready to head out.

So Naruto in this story will know the Kyuubi as Kurama and they'll be friends even though in this point and time they weren't, but I don't care

KAY! THIS IS THE FIRST CHAPTER OF MY FIRST EVER FANFIC! I know I drag some things too far and things that are actually supposed to be dragged too far aren't, but I just HATE waiting and you won't need to go throught that

So, the interesting part beggins next chapter, this is more like a prologue than a first chapter but whatever

Keep in mind that I don't know were I'm going with this, I have a very small lead but this is all things that my mind maked up along the way :D
