"Sooo you told her about you and Chey...you didn't even make sure it was officially yours yet bruh?" Dre was shaking his head while sitting on my couch

"Well, I had to get it off my chest, shit everything has happened so fast...I mean me and her wouldn't work out together anyways, I'm still hooked on Chey.."I took a deep breath

"Nigga...then why you over here in your feelings when you should go get her from drea crazy ass cousin crib and move her in.." he shrugged his shoulders

"What if it ain't mine though?" I looked serious

"Well shit...I don't know man, do you love her enough to put that aside or you gone move on from her for once? I get it y'all been dealing with each other since high school but sometimes the past gotta stay there man? Chey is pregnant and y'all both about to battle for her love and that baby without actually knowing what she wants? Maybe she want to be left alone and think about her life more? She's about to become a mom and she hasn't even finished college yet? Just from over hearing her and drea convos she's devastated, she really didn't want to bring a child into this mess all y'all created.." he was eating chips

"Okay...you got a point but she shouldve not fucked me and him around the same time?!? That's a hoe move.." I getting frustrated

"Lets see... Calvin...Justin... now Desean...now yo ass saying this a hoe move??? Chey my homie and all but cmon bruh it's a lot of shit you and I both can add up that is a hoe move she did...just let shit settle down first, you never know maybe you can win kae back and start off fresh" he shrugged his shoulders

"I don't know...I gotta talk to Chey about this, I can't keep going back and forth because I really wanna be here for her throughout this whole thing but it's gonna be kinda hard, especially seeing Desean around her 24/7" I rolled my eyes

My phone started buzzing, I grabbed it from the table and answered it

Me: hello?

Chey: hey..

Me: oh hey wassup....

Chey: Oh nothing just on my way out the house.

Me: oh okay, you cool with driving and stuff??

Chey: Yeaah...I'll be alright

Me: aye listen, we need to talk about a few things, you wanna meet me at our spot?

Chey: ehhh, I guess...when?

Me: in a few minutes, I'm about to head out, I'll see you then

Chey: okay...

I hanged the phone up, dre was shaking his head at me

"Yo ass never gone learn..." he chuckled

"Man, I'm just gonna go talk to her about everything and tell her about kae" I got off the couch and grabbed my car keys

"Yeaah you do that, I'm about to go see drea, she been blowing up my phone for food and you know her hungry ass gets angry and I'm not tryna hear it" he was shaking his head

"Yeah, I'll let you know what happened" I was heading towards the door

Hopefully she realizes I'm just coming from a good place

Hopefully whatever he gotta say isn't bad...he's been acting strange about this whole thing but I guess I haven't made it easier or anyone

I took a sip of my drink and tried to calm my nerves, to be honest it was awkward being at this place again especially since it's the place me and Cordell always hung out at...I guess it was time to finally get it over with.
