"Vic, Rose has a boss and we're gonna go find him," Jack exclaimed.

Victoria turned from where she had been sipping on a drink and listening to some classical music. Rose noted it was similar to what Jack had just shown her.

"Have you scanned for alien tech?" she asked him. God knows how many times he's gone into the heat of battle without knowing what he was getting himself into.

Rose grinned at Jack, she seemed impressed by her words but Victoria didn't quite understand why.

"Yes, yes," he rolled his eyes at her. He opened the door for Rose and waited a moment longer. He turned her way. "Well? Are you coming?" he asked her, a teasing note in his voice.

"You want me to come?" she asked, slightly surprised. Victoria hadn't gotten off the damned ship since they arrived beside when she dropped Jack off with the army. Only once had he taken her to dinner but they had to leave early because of a bomb warning.

"Of course," he stated genuinely.

Victoria cheered, standing to her feet. The dress she wore, just in case they went out, was the typical housewife. It bunched at the waist and fell just below her knees. Dark blue material and black flats on her feet, ready for a run when they finished their con.
