Hey guys. So now that you know my story. I want to know. Are you willing to share yours. I want you guys to either write it on your account or in the comments below. But only if your willing.

To those people that are dealing with depression or anything bad. I want you to know it will get better. Sure that's a very cliche statement but it's true. I though things wouldn't get better. I though it was all downhill. But it's not. You have people that love you. Just know that there is help out there. There's somebody who cares. I had a relapse of depression this year. Only a few people knew. But even just looking at me you could tell. I barely smiled. Barely even spoke for a while. At one point I would eat very little to no food. But, it got better. I found friends. Great friends! They're like a family to me. I want you all to know that I'm here for you.

If you need anything. Anything at all. You can talk to me. I have a second account now that I will be using for my readers to message me. If you want to talk about anything. Or even need advice. Just message that account. I will tag it at the very bottom of this. If your going through a rough time I know exactly how you feel. So don't be afraid to reach out.
