Chapter 11

-y/n's POV-

After the darkness surrounded me, I started hearing voices. Pleads.

I hear Cassy first, then I hear yoongi. I hear everyone eventually but it's mainly yoongi repeating his pleads for me to wake up.

But how do I wake up? I hear you yoongi. I want to let you know but I can't move anything. I can't open my mouth to reply. I can't open my eyes to see you.

I feel even more panicked when yoongi's seemingly endless pleads disappear. All I hear is crying and more begging.

I'm trying so hard! I can't move! I can't do anything!

Why should I even try though? Yoongi hates me. Isn't that what he said before I got hit? So why is he saying he loves me? Well.... why was he, I can't hear him anymore.

"Please y/n, please wake up." I hear jimin whimper. I'm trying so hard jiminie. I use every ounce of energy in my body to open my eyes slightly and hold jimin's hand.

His eyes shoot open and he looks at me. I open my eyes all the way and stare back at jimin.

Everyone gasps and surrounds me. Jimin cries again and intertwines our fingers. I look around and see seven people who are important to me but I don't see the most important one. The one who's voice has faded.

I start crying and somehow, crying makes me feel like I have more energy. I move my hand jimin isn't holding and try to wipe my tears.

"What hurts y/n?" Jimin asks. "My heart." I whimper. Everyone's face turns extremely sad. "He hates me." I choke out.

"No he doesn't!" They all shout, a bit too loud. I cringe and close my eyes. They immediately apologize and I eventually manage to calm down and sit up properly.

I take deep breaths and finally feel like something other than death. "What happened?" I ask.

"You and I decided to go to the park and we weren't paying attention. A car almost hit me while we crossed the road and you shoved me, getting hit instead. You have been in a coma for two weeks now." Cassy explains. "Where is he?" I whisper.

"Yoongi immediately came when I told them. He refused to leave your side and held your hand. He cried every day and wouldn't leave after visiting hours. He stopped talking and eating. He just sat there and stared at you, saying he loved you and he was sorry and please come back. He fainted because of lack of nutrition. He is in another room right now." She replied.

"But didn't he break up with me?" I ask. Everyone looks beyond confused to hear that. "What?" They all ask in unison.

"Isn't that what you took me to the park? We originally went and then yoongi asked to meet me and he said he never loved me and I was sad so you took me to the park. You said you would always be there for me then got a text and said nevermind before walking away. I was window shopping and crossed the road, getting hit. I don't ever remember saving you from a car." I explain.

Jin walks in the door since he had left to get a nurse. Nobody replied to what I said and I was so confused. Jimin held onto my hand while namjoon talked to the nurse about something. Eventually he nodded and the nurse did a few tests before leaving.

"Y/n, the nurse said sometimes people have things like nightmares when in comas and they believe them to be the truth. Do you remember anything after you got hit?" Namjoon asked.

"No. Everything went black and I started hearing all you guys begging me to wake up. I tried to but I couldn't move at all. I was confused as to why I heard yoongi say he loved me and then just disappear." I reply.

"Y/n, what you said never happened. After the interview we had, we went to practice. Yoongi never broke up with you and he still loves you more than anything. You saved cas and I guess managed to hear us. Yoongi's voice you heard disappeared after he fainted." Namjoon explained.

"Can you tell me everything that happened that day so I know what's real and what's not because I'm confused." I ask.

Cassy wastes no time in explaining everything. She tells me every little detail of the day and the memories start to come back and I can tell the real events from those I dreamed of while in the coma.

"Thank you." I say to everyone. They just smile and nod. I hear a knock on the door and everybody looks to the side. The door opens and yoongi comes in. Everybody moves and he sits beside me, smiling sadly.

"Hi." I whisper. "Hey." He replied, tearing up. Jimin lightly puts my hand back on the bed and everybody leaves silently.

"I missed you."
