Betty's husband, Cameron, was a big, handsome, husky man, who gave the impression that he would fear nothing.
But an incident, when he was just 8, scarred him for life.
His older brother, David, locked him in a small shed, with a neighbour's german shepherd. Even though the dog was not a real danger, it did growl at Cameron and bared his teeth.
Cameron had an anxiety attack and collapsed.
When David managed to bring him back, he yelled and screamed and ran out of the shed.
He had nightmares for years and never forgave his brother.
