Callie was sitting next to Jude who was sitting next to Mariana with Jesus next to her. Stef and Lena went to go find out if they could get any info on Brandon’s condition. Wyatt had shown up with the girls & Rita from Girls United. Callie’s mind was going a million miles a minute. Callie couldn’t help but feel guilty about what happened to Brandon. “Was I to blame for this happening to Brandon?” Callie thought as she sat there helplessly and hopeless waiting for some news on the only person that she’ll ever truly love. Callie couldn’t help but think about what happened two hours ago.

Callie has just kissed Wyatt and started playing the guitar as he requested. The guitar that Brandon had given her. Callie kissed Wyatt in the exact spot that she and Brandon had confessed their love for one another. Callie only kissed Wyatt to prove that she was over Brandon but in reality she never truly would love anyone the way that she loves Brandon that’s for sure. Not even Wyatt could replace the love she has for Brandon.

“How about some cake?” Wyatt questioned as he smiled at Callie.

“Sure.” Callie set her guitar down and grabbed Wyatt’s hand as they walked back into the kitchen.

Callie and Wyatt walked into the kitchen hand in hand all eyes were on them besides Stef who was on the phone with someone. Mariana was the first one to say something.

“So are you two like together again?”  Looking from Callie to Wyatt and back to Callie again as she smirked at them.

Callie didn’t say anything. She wasn’t entirely sure what they were. If they were anything. “It looks that way and I couldn’t be happier.” Wyatt smiled at Callie and then kissed her cheek.

“Good. She deserves someone who can truly make her happy. You are the guy who can do exactly that. I approve.” Jude said out of the blue.

“Thanks Bud.” Wyatt said as he high fived Jude. Callie couldn’t help but cringe knowing that she couldn’t love Wyatt not in the way he so desperately wanted her to. Callie was thinking about all she’s been through with Brandon even though she knew it was wrong.

“What? Sorry.”

“Are you okay?”

“I’ve never been better.” Callie lied she was hurting as was someone else who wasn’t here. Stef finally got off the phone. Lena was the first to realize that something was wrong.

“Stef, what’s wrong? What is it?” Lena questioned her wife and everyone’s eyes were now on Stef. Stef didn’t speak she couldn’t even think about the news that she had just received.

“Mom. What happened?” Jesus questioned looking at Stef with worry. They’ve never seen Stef this way at least not that anyone could remember.

“It’s Brandon.” Stef said as she tried to stay strong. Everyone just looked at her confusedly.

“What do you mean?” Callie questioned.

“He’s in the hospital someone jumped him. It’s not looking good. I need to go.” Stef grabbed the keys from the counter and started to run to the front door.

“Wait, Stef I’m going with you.”

“Us too.” Jesus spoke up. Everyone was heading to the door, everyone that is but Callie. She couldn’t move she felt frozen.

“Callie are you coming??” Mariana yelled as she made her way to the door.

“Yes.” Callie got it together she needed to be strong for Brandon. Now was not the time to be weak Brandon needed her more than ever and she wasn’t going to let him down not again. She’s hurt him more than she ever could hurt anyone.  Callie started to run to the door.
