Everyone was at the house, Nick, Dan, Ashton, and Ben and Kav of course. They dropped by just to hang out and Nick showed us his and Dan's new song. Kim showed up conveniently after I told Rae about Polly, which I have to question her about later. But for right now we're turning up and having a good time. Rae and Kim were in the kitchen cooking and talking among themselves. Once I stopped dancing I went in the kitchen to sample some food.
"What y'all in here doing?" I asked as I got behind Rae, wrapping my arms around her waist.
"Having girl talk." Rae replied.
"Girl talk my ass, y'all in here plotting."
"On who?" Kim asked.
"Don't play dumb."
"Girl what is he talking about?"
"I don't know, Jamal must've hit him too hard with those tennis balls." Rae replied.
"Are you going to be able to play this season with this head injury?" Kim asked me.
"Y'all can crack jokes if you want to, Ima find out."
"When you find what you're looking for you let me know." Rae said.
"Keep showing out for Kim. Let's see how your attitude change later tonight." I kissed her neck.
"Uh uh y'all won't be keeping me up tonight with all that damn hollering. Just bust a nut and go to sleep." Kim said.
"You mad?"
"Not even."
"Devon's at a medical conference so she misses him." Rae said.
"Just talk about me like I'm not sitting here." Kim interjected.
"I'll always notice you bae, y'all hop off my lah baybeh." Ashton said, coming in the kitchen wrapping his arm around her shoulder.
"God watches over me always." She took his arm off her.
"Stop acting like you don't feel this connection between us."
"Little boy I am married."
"I don't mind sharing."
"Odell get your friend."
"And get me a phone too man, my mama told me to call her when I fell in love."
Kim didn't say anything she just got up and walked away.
"I'm wearing her down man. Come here girl." He followed after her.
