Evelyn's POV

I woke up to my phone ringing in my ear, I grumbled in distress as it was too early for me.

"Hello?"

"Evie you're not gonna believe this!"

"Tom. You couldn't have called me later?"

"Just come and open your door please I have the best news!" Tom chirped in my ear from my phone and I ended the phone call. I grabbed the shirt from my nightstand and slipped in on before leaving my room.

I lazily walked down the stairs and opened the door to a happy Tom grinning ear to ear. As I stood there in my pajamas, my hair knotted with no makeup on.

"You get to come on my press tour!" He exclaimed walking in my home.

"What?" I asked taking a deep breath and running my hand through my tangled hair.

"You're coming with me!"

"Tom."

"Evie!"

"Tom I can't understand what you're saying. I'm still half awake." I said making my way into the kitchen.

"Evelyn come on, let's go to lunch. I'll explain there get ready!"

"Tom your excitement right now is too much." I grumbled walking up the stairs earning a laugh from him.

"What were you yapping about this morning?" I asked sipping my water out of a straw.

"You get to go on press tour with me! Harrison's coming, Tess already went. And you said you always wanted to go to America right?"

"Tom, I don't know if I can. You're gonna be busy and I don't wanna bother you and your work."

"C'mon Evie, I want you to come it'll be fun! I promise!"

"I dunno Tom, I have to get money out of my savings-"

"No no! It's already paid for! Just pack your bags! We'll be back home by July 18th or so." He smiled.

"Tommy..."

"Evie... I know you want to."

"When do we leave?"

"Tomorrow morning at 3am."

"THOMAS!" I exclaimed attracting some people's attention to our table and Tom quickly apologized about that being the gentleman he is.

"What's the big deal here E, it's summer, you don't start school until August, you want to travel so come on Evie. Harrison and Harry are coming." He pleaded.

"Tom what am I gonna tell my parents, "Hey mum and Dad don't worry about me I'm going to America for a month. With Tom!" I don't know if it'll work." I shook my head.

"Your parents are back home, you're 20 Eve, you can make your own decisions."

Our conversation was momentarily paused, as the waiter came with our food. Setting down my pancakes and giving Tom his meal whatever it is. I thanked the waiter and he smiled back and walked off getting back to other duties he had.

"Tom, I think they wanted me to come back home sometime in July and if I'm all the way in America they'll go crazy!"

"Then we'll go back to France, so what."

"I just can't interrupt your job!"

"Evelyn, you've been here since you were 5 years old, don't you think it's time you go and travel?"
