I stared at the screen, my heart completely breaking for Enzo, his eyes were welling, his body was shaking in fear and sadness, watching his partner walk up the ramp, abandoning him in the place they called home.

I couldn't bare to leave him in such a way, heading straight out from the locker room and down the corridor towards the holding room to find Enzo, pushing aside any feelings I had for him, offering him a strong shoulder to cry on.

I walked through the door seeing Carmella stood there too, leaping forwards into Cass' arms as he walked through the curtain. "Are you kidding me?" I asked, stunned at the smile on her face.

"What's wrong little girl? Not happy that Enzo finally got put in his place." Cass was over a foot taller than me, looking down on me like I was nothing, giving me an icy glare.

"How could you throw everything away like that?" He shrugged his shoulders, turning to face Carmella instead, who opted to carry on looking at me. "And you, I thought you were better than this. You really wanna stand by his side after what he just said?"

"He's my boyfriend Roxie, I've got to stand by him." I sighed, cringing at how oblivious she was to what he had said, how hurt he'd made Enzo feel.

"You don't have to stand by him at all." I watched the curtain open behind them, Enzo slowly walking through, barely being able to lift his feet off the ground.

"Don't speak to her. You got it?" Cass' breath hit the side of my face, lingering as the two of them walked past out of the room.

"Enzo," I cooed, walking over with open arms. He looked up and smiled at me, but the sadness was still clear in his eyes, walking right over into my arms. He remained composed, wrapping his arms tightly around me, until he buried his head into the crook of my neck, the tears finally falling. "Hey, come on now, don't cry."

"Why would he do that Roxie? Why?" I didn't know what I could say to make the situation any better, Cass had left him for nothing except a bigger ego. I ran my hand along his back, feeling his tears stain the material of my jacket.

"He doesn't deserve a friend like you Enzo, you're the best guy on this roster, you've got to move on from this." I felt him nod, pulling away from me, rubbing both his eyes to make them look less tear stained.

"You know what, you're right Roxie." He leaned forwards, pecking my cheek, my tummy doing cartwheels. I quickly pushed my feeling aside, wanting to be there for Enzo instead, knowing that now most definitely wasn't the time.

"Enzo? Are you alright?" We both looked across at Hunter who came up beside us both. "I saw what happened."

"Yeah." I could tell he was lying, his voice fell into a much higher pitch than it normally did.

"Thank you for being there for Enzo as well Roxie, he needs all the friends he can get." It was never going to be a problem, of course I was going to be there, Enzo was incredible, and undeserving of the trouble he was going through.

"She's a star." I smiled across at Enzo once again, taking his hand in mine and squeezing it.

Part of me was doing it for reassurance, wanting to remind Enzo that I was definitely going to be there for him, but another part of me just couldn't help but try and relay onto him that on the inside I had indefinite feelings for him too.

"I'll leave you two to head back and make sure you get some sleep, you need it." Hunter walked off back into the office with the rest of the guys, leaving the two of us in awkward silence in the holding room.

"Do you think you could come back to the hotel with me?" My mind raced, but I was going to continue the fight against my emotions, nodding my head quickly before I said something I regretted. "Thank you."

"It's alright Enzo, Cass may have Enzo, but you've got me." His smile couldn't have been more appreciative of the support, slowly walking out, straight down to his car.

"Will you be by my side?" I looked across at him, climbing into his car, slightly relieved that I didn't have to find one of the girls to take me home instead.

"Of course, we're in this fight together now." He leaned over and pecked my cheek once again, sending me racing into all sorts of wild thoughts again.

"Maybe we need a nickname or something, Roxo or Enzie?" I couldn't help but chuckle, leaning back on the headrest, the thought of either of those two horrifying me. "We can work on that."

"Yeah, of course we can." I couldn't stop myself thinking of the names, printed on shirts, trending hashtags on social media, but I was moving way too soon.

The drive was short to the hotel, the two of us desperate just to get some sleep. "Do you fancy coming back to my room for awhile?" Enzo waved his key in my face, treading towards the elevator.

"Sure, why not." He clapped a little making me chuckle, pressing the button to the fourth floor, transporting us up to his room.

The company certainly hadn't scrimped in comparison to mine, his was way better. "Make yourself at home," Enzo told me, running straight over and jumping on the bed.

"Careful!" I screamed, watching him tap the space beside him. I rolled my eyes, stepping back a little then leaping on up beside him.

The two of us sat and stared at the wall, looking at all the images. There wasn't really much to say about tonight, I didn't want to upset Enzo anymore, letting him speak when he was ready.

"Roxie," he broke off, keeping his stare on the floral piece on the wall, "this is going to sound really weird."

"What is it?" I questioned, worried what was going on in his mind.

"Do you think you could cuddle me? I really like a cuddle when I'm sad." I moved back on the bed, watching him do the same, rolling into his side and resting his head on my shoulder. "Thank you," he whispered, falling back so my head was on the pillow.

"It's alright." I started tracing patterns along his back, reminding myself the reasons I was here, hoping they'd alternate soon, but for now I just needed to be by a very sleepy Enzo's side.
