So Dean felt a bit bad not bringing Cas any flowers or chocolates. And he obviously voiced his distress to which Dean just said that he liked spoiling people, and apparently more spoiling means more love and that's just how he shows it. Dean of course didn't think that made him feel better, in actuality it made him feel bad because Cas is trying to be a good boyfriend and Spoiling him while Dean acts like Cas is his sugar daddy and accepting his gifts.

Maybe it's too late to dash outside and buy a gift so Dean decided that today he'll give Cas the best indoors lazy day and tomorrow he'll ask him on a date then bring him a good goddamn gift.

"Dont pop a vein thinking" Castiel pops his head through the kitchen door, now Dean realizes he's been angry staring at his kitchen counter while having his hands on his hip. He looked like he was lecturing the counter about misbehaving.

"Better than being a pretty face and an empty head" Castiel smiled, fully entering the kitchen and looking at what Dean has been scolding "I'm making pie, wanna join?" Castiel shrugged and eyes the Apple slices.

Dean side eyed Cas. When Castiel reached for a slice of Apple Dean swatted his hand away "You are no longer fit to be my husband"

"Aw, it's just Apple. no need to lose marriage over fruit"
