1) Open your planner to a given day.
2) Plan out your week and decorate it with stickers/photos. You can always get your inspiration to decorate from the internet, we heart it, pinterest, tumblr, instagram, etc.
3) Try to stay organized and make goals that are realistic. Unrealistic goals are uselesss.
Using a be happy planner is honestly just having a planner that can decorated to keep you organized. So, if you don't have one just use a piece of paper to plan out each week, or day. Trust me, it will keep your more organized- due to my experience.
The journal on the far left is a be happy journal- it is super small and easy to carry around.
