Andrew's Perspective
I was unsuccessful. I didn't find Allana.
I haven't got a chance to say goodbye to her.
I haven't seen her since Wisconsin, at least personally, I saw her photo and Edward's in the morning paper yesterday.
And she didn't say goodbye to me.
I entered the airport.
My flight's leaving in 2 hours still, undefined, because it is about to rain, and I still have time to keep my mind on thinking about Allana.
I mean, sure we've had one official date, the first one was forced upon by me.
As I reach the land stewardess, so that I could wait in the waiting area, I couldn't help myself to look back.
" Passport please. " the land stewardess said.
I handed her my passport.
" ANDREW!" I heard someone shout.
I looked back.
" ANDREW!" there it is again.
Then I saw it.
The one who was shouting, was standing in the middle of the place, meters away from me, wearing the biggest wedding gown I'd ever seen.
Allana.
" Allana?" I said.
I ran and she ran and we met halfway.
" Andrew. " she panted.
" Allana, I-, what are you-? "
" I couldn't do it. I couldn't do it. " she said.
I embraced Allana.
" You don't know how happy I am to see you. " I said.
" I love you. I'm sorry. " she said.
I kissed her.
" I love you too. "
" Are you leaving, still?"
" No. "
" Why? " she said.
" I'm not leaving you behind. "
I grabbed my luggage and walked out with Allana out the airport.
" Wait, are you sure? " she said.
" Yes. I love you."
" How did you get here? You didn't run, did you?" I asked.
" Yes, I did. "
I wiped her tear-stained face.
" With a gown as big as that? "
She nodded.
" You know, my family is probably gonna disown me now. Meaning, I have to work. " she said.
" Disown you? "
" Andrew, I just ran off my wedding. "
" I know. "
" A wedding that my father and mother arranged. "
" I know. "
" I have to do something that I haven't done before. "
" To work. "
" Yeah. "
I kissed her on the rain.
" Happy 19th Birthday. " I said as I kissed her.
" Suddenly it became a happy one. "
